We just moved into the building a few weeks ago, so we can't speak to very much yet, except for the awesome concierge staff and the leasing office. We had such a great experience working with Cassidy. She went out of her way to help us find the right apartment for us. And the concierge team are all wonderful: Merna, Kirsten, Gabby, Ace, Kim. They have all been so welcoming to us, happy to answer questions, and willing to help us in any way.
The team at Signal is AMAZING! Everyone is so helpful and friendly! Especially Jorden. He has been a pleasure to work with. His customer service is 10/10!! Maintenance is FAST! I LOVE the walk-in closet! And the views from my apartment can't be beat!
I recently moved into Signal House, and I have to give a special shoutout to Tatiana. She made the entire application and move-in process incredibly smooth. From day one she has been welcoming, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond. Any time I have a question or need help, she’s quick to respond and always makes sure everything is taken care of. Tatiana has truly made my transition into Signal House a great experience, and I’m very grateful for her support. She is the best!
I've been at Signal House for a few months now and absolutely love it!! The location is unbeatable and I love my apartment and the community here. Everyone is so friendly, and I've met so many amazing residents whether in the lobby, elevators, or through the monthly resident dinners. The concierge staff and all those who work here are also incredible. Shoutout to Merna, Krystal, Daniella, Kirsten, Ms. Kim, Randy, TJ - the list goes on! Only slight downsides is the parking garage and I would love a treadmill in the gym, but otherwise super happy I ended up here!

I’ve been living here since August and absolutely love it! The concierge, maintenance, and leasing teams are all incredibly welcoming and helpful- especially Merna whose kindness and care for both my dog and me truly brighten our mornings! The building also hosts the best community events that make it easy to meet your neighbors and feel right at home.My WiFi has been okay since moving here, except for Netflix. My only major complaint is the limited guest parking passes.
Overall, it has been fantastic living at Signal House. I moved from out of state without even visiting the building beforehand, and it was just as gorgeous as the photos + the move in went smoothly. The city views are unbeatable and mean daily sunsets I never get tired of. Merna and the concierge staff are incredible - always warm, helpful, and my dog’s number one fans thanks to their daily treats and attention. We've been in this building since January. I decided to write a review so Myrna's management could see it. She works the concierge desk and is awesome, going above and beyond to help me with a recent delivery that came after we left for vacation (but we needed with us!). She is always engaging and pleasant. I don't have an issue with anyone who works there, they are all great. I went through the reviews and was surprised by the negative comments. Yes, the place is pricey. You know that going in. The internet is good enough for us who work at home and streaming sports has never been a problem…
Living at Signal House has been an exceptional experience from day one. The building is stunning — from the beautifully designed common areas to the amenities that truly are five-star. The concierge team deserves special recognition, most importantly Ms. Merna. She is consistently warm, professional, and goes above and beyond to make residents feel cared for. Whether it’s accepting deliveries, coordinating guest access, or assisting with maintenance requests, she handles everything with ease and efficiency.
