The Britt Condos by GLOBALSTAY is a scam. I booked a stay through American Express (AMEX) Travel. AMEX listing is full of misinformation and shows wrong pictures (e.g., an extra bedroom that does not exist in reality). I refused to stay there within a few minutes after checking in (due to space issues, misinformation regarding parking, etc) and cancelled. They never refunded. AMEX took their side and refused to refund, and is still allowing GLOBALSTAY listings (full of misinformation) on their travel website. What a shame, AMEX! Extremely poor management and poorly maintained amenities. The so-called “management” does little to help, while building security is often clueless—even unable to manually open the garage door in emergencies (got stuck outside the building for more than 5hours with nowhere to park our car for the night). Amenities are always out of service or under maintenance, and the outdoor swimming pool makes little sense in Toronto’s weather. The garbage chute room door is constantly left open, spreading a foul odour throughout the entryway and hallways. Floors are rarely cleaned and frequently reek of…
Very poor building management, the AC doesn’t work in summer, it’s been 2 years and they are still not able to fix it. Most of the amenities in are out of service. Even water supply is down for hours. No emergency repair/response from the management.

I booked to stay in this condo via Bank Travel Portal (uses Expedia). The Britt Condos by GLOBALSTAY is running a scam operation. Was unable to check-in at the "staffed front-desk" and no calls were returned from "host". I urge the property management to shutdown this illegal operation.
I've lived here for over 2 years and decided that I wanted to show my recognition for the great work that everyone managing the building puts into it. It's a beautiful building in a great location, and is very well kept. Administration is very helpful in sorting out issues as well, e.g., unit maintenance. Overall management of the building is like a well-oiled machine. However, I especially wanted to give a shoutout to concierge. In the two years that I have lived here, I have interacted with pretty much everyone who works at the concierge, and I have always found them to be extremely…
Great location & safe area. Close to Universities and Hospitals. The concierge team are all amazing and very helpful and always greet you with a smile. Building is very clean and has amazing amenities, luxurious front lobby and grounds are always kept in top condition. Management staff are extremely helpful and always keep you informed of updates and of any service reminders. The building has a great recycling/waste system and advanced security system in entering and existing the building. Superb Location. Building is nice and clean with a gorgeous view if you live on floors 27 and above. Beautiful condo's with tasteful interiors. The people at the concierge have been exceptionally great and helpful, my furniture delivery time got delayed and the service elevator was still made available for my use at the last minute. Will update the review in a few months.
