The concierge and the guards keep stopping us because they don't recognise one of us even though from the moment we checked in, we were put in the system, took our passports for identification and even took photos of us. We tried talking to them about how such an inconvenience it is for us to get stopped every time and their response was that he wasn't in the system and recommended to leave an id for a little 'guest' card, which we shouldn't need to do because we should already be in the system??? Stayed at Shore 3 tower 2 Residences recently. The place looks nice, but I barely got any sleep because the walls are so thin you can clearly hear everything from the next room. It was really uncomfortable and made it hard to rest. I hope they can improve the soundproofing for future guests.
Great place to stay. They are still doing some construction but the lobby and the units are very fell furnished and cleaned.
The place itself is awesome. Very close to Mall of Asia and relatively close to other places like Aseana City, NAIA aa well. But here is the catch: extremely annoying when it comes to bringing guest many weird rules. You will need to get permission from the owner. (Need to register guest's ID etc... hello ever heard of privacy?) If you are not planning to bring guests and you don't mind security guards randomly bugging you and asking you which unit you live etc. I would recommend it.

Your parking fee is too much!! We visit one of our friend staying in Shore A Residence and parked a car to one of your pay parking areas!! We've been there from 7 pm and left 2:26 am then the parking fee total is 550??? What the hell??? This is ridiculous!! You guys are robbing people! We will not recommed this condo unit to anyone!
The room promised was not given. High security deposit. The bed frame is broken and the internet connection was disconnected on the 2nd day of stay.
Never invest your hard earned money if your not ready for stress and anxiety attacks seen people in cs in moa how they yell and shout dur to stress if you wan tto buy just try to see all reviews in youtube or googlle
I had my staycation here, and the place is so really nice. I dont know if it is con but you will going to see the airplane everytime and hears it always
