I purchased an apartment last year, and unfortunately, it did not meet the promised standards. There were numerous finishing issues that I was assured would be addressed, but despite repeated follow-ups, they were never fully resolved. I genuinely regret choosing to deal with Saas. They tend to make big promises but often fall short on delivery. If you want to wake up regretting your purchase every day, buy from them. great place to live. the finishes are very high end for Abu Dhabi standards. the location is ideal, and the view superb.
Breathtaking view and unique design of the building! Professional staff and excellent customer service. Especially the securities and receptionists (Ms. Mel, Habiba and Hazel). Very good people.
We moved in Reem nine in February. Snagging went very well but we had to get a few things fixed (some doors did not close well, aircon installation needed a repair) but Saas fixed everything. Every single time we needed something we had the staff come immediately to check and fixed it. We absolutely love the facilities, the design and the staff (very professional). The apartments have really nice design, great quality and good use of space. Location is also great, walking distance to everything you need (supermarket, shops, parks, restaurants, pharmacies, schools, services etc).

I’ve been visiting Reem Nine Tower regularly, and I’m consistently impressed by the exceptional service provided by the reception team. Reem Nine is a beautiful building, situated in an ideal location and featuring great apartments. The developer however failed to deliver state of the art finishing both for the building and the apartments. The snagging report from an outside company identified 252 issues in our apartment. SAAS management unfortunately did not care about this, neither to deliver the beautiful product they promised and its engineering team has been mostly incompetent to spontaneously fix all the issues.
