I had an amazing experience thanks to Saied! He truly went above and beyond—staying after hours to help me get everything finalized and moved in without any stress. That level of care and dedication is rare and very much appreciated. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and of 5-star quality. Top-tier service all around. Thank you again, Saied!
I highly recommend The Sully as your new home & community here in Chantilly 🤩🤩🤩 What more can I say that others haven't already covered?! The Sully was the clear winner when I went on apartment tours in Chantilly and the surrounding area last fall. It's a brand new apartment complex that still has that "new car smell" throughout the building. Plus, did you know that The Sully stands in a class of its own by offering a walk-in shower for 1 bedroom apartments? You have to rent a 2 bedroom apartment elsewhere for that simple luxury. I still need to try out the gym but I was equally impressed…
I was able to tour The Sully apartment homes today and they were absolutely beautiful. I had a great experience touring these apartment homes and look forward to moving in. The overall property is well-designed, with spacious floor plans and great natural light. The amenities really stood out, especially the well-equipped fitness center and inviting common areas. Everything feels new, updated, and thoughtfully maintained. The staff was professional and informative, making the tour easy and enjoyable. Overall, it’s a great option for anyone looking for modern living with great amenities.
This review is long overdue since I moved in back in December, but I absolutely love it here. From the very beginning, the entire leasing team—Fatima, CiCi, and Saied—helped me tremendously throughout the whole process. I mostly communicated with Fatima, but CiCi and Saied were always there to help whenever she was unavailable. They were incredibly patient, answered all of my questions (and I had a lot), and never once made me feel like I was a bother—even with the number of times I called. Getting into my apartment was honestly such a smooth experience. I’m the type of person who needs to understand every single step of the process, and Fatima never once made me feel like I was asking too many questions. She was incredibly patient, kind, and always took the time to explain things clearly, which meant a lot to me. We absolutely love our new apartment. We moved in a few days ago, and everything is brand new and well maintained. The community offers a wide range of amenities, including a gym, office and co-working spaces, a pet spa, bike racks, a swimming pool, and multiple grilling areas. The application process took a bit longer than we initially expected due to lot of miscommunication, but Saied worked diligently with us and did his best to ensure everything went smoothly. The Sully staffs have been amazing and the apartment is modern, luxurious and all I ask for when I moved back here. I have been taken care of and reached out with help timely and thoroughly. staffs are friendly and knowledgeable and always available. staffs are here everyday to help you and provides you the best solution. my leasing officer Saied helped me everytime I needed help thoroughly and timely. though, I’m not sure if because of the winter season, hot water for shower seems to be limited, the water turns cold after, in average, 30 mins. I recently moved into Sully and it has been a wonderful experience. The apartments are clean, spacious, and well maintained, and the community feels safe and welcoming. The gym is a great bonus, always clean and well equipped, which makes it easy to stay active. The location is very convenient, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops, and you can even see the building right from the entrance of Wegmans.
