No security guard on the West Tower of the building after 4pm. This mean the concierge/ reception is unattended. This is unsafe and inconvenience for those that currently reside there. Packages unattended, hard to get visitor parking passes, and also uber drivers bringing their bike/vehicle through the lobby and up the elevators. If you're planning to move in or buying, reconsider your choice unless this change.
