Such a great property. I’ve been here 1 year. Erica and Tina are great and always listens to residents. Tina was so great has good communication and cared about the residents. Erica, has great communication as well and gave me such a good tour of the property. Any questions you may have they are always there. My move in was smooth and easy. Maintenance stays on top of everything, they are always making sure the property is nice and clean. When I put maintenance requests in they always come within 1-2 days. They are always sweeping and mopping the hallways and painting any scratch they see,…
This is Courtney from unit 2519 The Lofts of the First 48 Let me tell you about my experience: first of all Tina runs that place like it's a halfway house.Letting in who she wants and forcing out who she doesn't want anymore without a reason. Most of the residents are very young people who party and dance naked in the enclosed parking lot every weekend, aside from a quite time she placed on tenants at 10pm like she a warden. For the love of god. TAKE MY NUMBER OFF OF THE PROPERTYS ZEGO PLATFORM. I was supposed to move here almost a year ago and couldn’t, got it sorted out with the WRH company. But have been fighting with constant messages with Zego verification codes for months, I understand it doesn’t sound like a big deal, but I have called 10+ times asking them to remove it and each time they said that it is TAKE IT OFF
Nice apartments but the walls are paper thin. I can literally hear my next door neighbor closing their cabinets, moving chairs, their tv, and even them talking. They also like to blast music so just imagine trying to relax and your neighbor is blasting music like it’s a club. It’s very aggravating. I wish I would’ve knocked on the walls while viewing the apartment because you can tell there’s literally nothing behind it. UPDATE: I also wanted to add that hopefully you don’t have any smokers living next to you. My neighbor smokes marijuana A LOT and I can tell it’s them because the smell…
I was promised a 1 bedroom apartment for $1,307 to be available on 12/28/2024. I was told that I just needed to pay a security deposit of $650 on 12/28/2024, and I would get the month of January 2025 free. After submitting the application by paying the $25 application fee and a $75 administration fee, I received a call stating that the apartment had already been promised to someone else. They attempted to correct their error by offering me a 2 bedroom apartment at the same rate, however, without the month of January 2025 being free. That meant that I would have to pay $650 on 12/28/2024 and…
Today Erica Tobler showed me an apartment. She was nothing short of excellent. The property is brand new and affordable. Why more folks are not running to this place I haven't a clue, with the prices of everything today. Thank you Erica and staff.
