The doctors were nice (Doc Nilo and his children). My only complaint is their male secretary, who is rude, as well as the other secretary. I have a hearing disability, which requires me to ask them to repeat what I say. When I did this, the male secretary shouted at me, saying, "ANO NGA ANG PANGALAN!!!" This was very disappointing; he should have been more understanding.

Incredible. They may be out sometimes due vacation(unless you're not human) or have long ques(popularity), but what needs to be rated is the treatment if it works. We did not encounter any issues with the staff and doctors. My wife has psoriasis and here it was diagnosed in one visit, even the treatment they provided works unlike in other dermatologists we encountered nearby Baliuag, Bulacan. We heard from our relatives that they are good dermatologists. Even my daughter, mother and maid with skin problems were treated here just in one visit. Everything is worth it and they charge cheaper…

Dr Rivera is currently in the UK (Sep 10 - Sep 26 2024 so has no clinic in Arayat during that period - he is due to reopen on the 27th September 2024. It would have been helpful if this information had been posted on his Facebook page to save people travelling to the clinic only to find it closed.

Best Dermatologist, lot better than Dermatologist in Canada, He treated my itchy skin due to sand mite bites when we went to Palawan last year. I suffered in this itching bumps in my skin for almost 7 months when in several dermatologist in Canada but to no avail. I was referred by a friend to Dr. Rivera when i retuned in Pinas.

One of the best Dermatologists I know. Mom went to a list of Doctors in Pampanga but he's the only one who diagnosed and treated my mom's skin condition right. His clinic only take in walk-ins and start at 9:30am BUT his clients start coming in as early as 4am to get in the list.

Walk-in for all. No special treatment, every patient will have to wait for their turn. Only patient allowed inside.

5 star for Dr. Rivera's impressive knowledge while 4 star for not being able to call for appointment regardless you are coming from afar. My husband has been dealing with many international doctors prior to meeting Dr. Rivera and nobody could cure him until someone recommended him. 3 days after our visit, my husband got well. Thank you!

I have my syringoma coterized last july 10, not yet seen the result.....you must have a lot of patience to wait
