Super friendly and helpful staff. Crystal was so helpful with choosing the apartment that was perfect for me and my family. The community is peaceful even with the local businesses nearby.
I love the property. The staff is friendly. The area is definitely growing and there’s a lot of unique places around. If you’re in building two There will definitely be a hike to your car. Other than that, this property is amazing.
Austin was great. He shared great information about the property and services. The tour showed beautiful views of downtown Houston, which is my top priority but there were no Essential units with views available. I was very difficult. Austin really showed me that he truly cared.
I absolutely love living at the Laura Apartments and have been living here almost 2 years. With the help of the property manager Lindsey, leasing agents Mitcy, Austin, Kristin and the maintenance team there’s absolutely nothing that can’t be sorted out. I truly appreciate all the hard work they’re doing to make this an amazing experience for their tenants. 🩷

We were blown away when we first toured the property. From the industrial architecture to the massive ceilings in the rooms, this was definitely not your typical property. The staff was helpful in answering all of our questions and the grounds were very clean. Plenty of work space so if you work from home, you will have options.
I’ve lived at The Laura for about six months now, and I’m very likely to renew for another term because of the amazing experience I’ve had so far. From day one, the staff has been incredibly helpful and always available when I need something. I’ve been living at The Laura with my partner for about six months now, and honestly… I love it here. So much so that I’m already planning to renew for another term! I absolutely love my new apartment! From the very beginning, the entire staff has been incredibly welcoming, professional, and kind. Mitcy especially has been amazing—she truly goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel taken care of and comfortable. Her positive attitude and helpfulness made my move-in process so smooth and stress-free. The building itself feels very secure and safe, which was really important to me.
