Mo was amazing! Her knowledge about each unit and property amenities was excellent. She was extremely patient as we wanted to see multiple units. Will highly consider booking tour with her. Looking forward to be a future resident.
We love living here so much, the amenities are amazing, the building is always extremely clean, our maintenance requests get taken care of on the same day. The best thing about this place, though, are the people who work the front desk, security, and services. We feel extremely well cared for and they consistently go above and beyond. They are very professional and amazing people. Special shoutout to Nijah, Bryan, Kristi, and Steve at the front desk - y’all are the best!!
I had a great experience touring this apartment community. The amenities are next level truly giving 5-star hotel meets private club vibes. Everything felt intentional, elevated, and thoughtfully designed. Monika was incredibly helpful throughout the visit warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in answering questions without rushing the process. She made the experience feel personal instead of transactional. Overall, the space felt welcoming, well cared for, and aligned with a high standard of living. Definitely left a strong impression.
I had an amazing experience. Aside from the staff being extremely friendly and the property being absolutely stunning, Moniquea was wonderful! She took her time, listened intently, was kind and extremely professional. The best tour I’ve ever had, how could I not want to call this place home!

Myla is an incredible leasing consultant! Because I was moving from a different state, she provided me detailed information on the units so I could make an informed decision. She sent me pictures and videos of the amenities and the units. She offered valuable advice and answered all of my questions. She was available whenever I needed her and responded promptly. She is professional, kind, caring, and efficient. Onni is lucky to have her!
Moniquea was fantastic. This place is nicer than i thought and it looks nice from outside. I will be renting the 2 bedroom here sooner than later. She showed me every amenity and was extremely welcoming.
I had an amazing tour of Olympic & Hill Apartments with Delise! She was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and made sure every question I had was answered. I really appreciated how patient she was with me, especially since I was running a bit late yet she still greeted me with warmth and professionalism. The amenities absolutely blew me away, and her detailed explanations helped me really visualize living there. Thank you, Delise, for such a wonderful experience! I highly recommend booking a tour with her.
Delise was amazing during our apartment tour! She showed us multiple 2-bedroom units and was super patient, friendly, and knowledgeable about all the building’s amenities. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable with no pressure, just honest info and great energy. You can tell she really cares about helping people find the right fit. If you’re looking at Olympic & Hill, definitely ask for Delise, she’ll take great care of you! 👏
