1. The private pool was poorly maintained, with visible green algae/fungal buildup. 2. Housekeeping contacted us via WhatsApp during our stay regarding “missing” towels, which were in the closet. This was unnecessary and inappropriate prior to checkout. 3. Breakfast was not included despite the high room rate, and the breakfast price was significantly higher than that of many 5-star hotel buffets. 4. The place is very far away from anything and you can get a better ones with cheaper prices. Let me talk about the service and how bad it is. Firstly only one person can speak English and I have never seen him/her. So very hard communications. I was surprised when I entered the room about the private pool, as its not so private. You are surrounded by other rooms and they can see everything happening on it. I have asked for a solution they have put curtains around the pool. The villa is nice , but the room service very poor. We booked a villa, but they chose another different room for no reason not only that but also when we asked for our villa they asked for more money . Moreover another thing that bothered me they let rhe room cleaner inside the room without our consent. The service is really bad . I hope they consider their mistakes

We stayed only for 2 hours as we experienced a significant hygiene issue—there were insect bites and lizards found inside the room, including under the beds and on the wall and door. This created an uncomfortable environment, especially for our children, who were unable to sleep due to the situation. As i mentioned we couldn’t stay more than 2 hours. We have asked for total refund but they refused👎🏻

I spent two beautiful days at the resort. The reception staff were helpful and cooperative, which I appreciated. However, I was charged a fine for supposedly breaking a cup that was already broken before. They didn’t try to understand or investigate the situation—they simply said they couldn’t tell whether the damage was caused by me or the previous guest, and based on that, I had to pay the fine. Because of this, I won’t be coming back or repeating the experience.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The place is very nice and well-maintained. One of the highlights is that there’s a kitchen available, so you can cook your own meals, which is super convenient. The view is absolutely stunning since the hotel is located high up on a hill. It’s a bit far from the city—about a 20-minute drive—but the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful scenery make it worth it. Perfect for a relaxing getaway!
