I bought this condo around 4 years ago. My turnover date of the unit should be March 2025. It's November already and they don't have any update on the turnover date.
I've been renting here Tower one for almost six months and I think they're not doing good job because we have 5 elevators mostly two or three working and the rest are broken there's always a big line for elevator sometimes I wait from five to seven minutes for the elevator!also it's too hot inside the elevator Trash cans always full so many cockroachs inside trash room they should empty it at least three times a day , the gym treadmills are broken and it needs more gym equipment , on the bright side securityband cleaning people are doing great job they stay busy all the time except trash…
Very nice place , very clean and safe close to everything, the only thing I don't like is the gym opens at 11am and that's almost lunch time.it will be nice if they open it early morning around 6 or 7am just like everywhere else , majority of people workout early morning or late evening .
Travelling from YVR Canada to visit my HOMETOWN—Dasmariñas. Literally the WORST customer service you could EVER imagine, security guards are so rude and always asked our room numbers every single night like we did not pay to stay here? Very impatient staffs that looked like they never wanted to work here with their sour ahh attitude of theirs.

I couldn't find any location by Habsville but they currently lease condo units here through booking.com I have to say that their method is very unethical. On booking.com, they tell you that the good unit is available but once you book, they will suddenly message you that this place is already booked and would like to give you another "inferior" room. Such a scummy behavior and should be banned from operating.
It's a new condominium by SMDC in Dasmarinas, Cavite. There lot of Airbnb units as well as long term rental units. The swimming pool is well maintained. Gym is well kept. However, It's available from 11am till 8pm, upon inquiry it is temporary time set by management till tower 3 is completed and they would extend the time period afterwards. There seem to have a slight issue with elevator contractors, 1/2 of the elevators seem to be always under maintenance. Am sure they'll find a solution for long term. Apart from this everything is perfect. Staff a great, management is always available if…
This lovely condo has a wonderful smell and feels great to be in. It offers fantastic amenities like a study room and a pool, making it a perfect place to relax and study. I really enjoyed my time there, and the pool was especially fun!
