Absolutely loved living here!! Recommended two of my close friends too and they love it as well. The location was perfect and the amenities were a bonus. The assistant manager Aranza gave exceptional customer service and always responded in a timely manager. Even maintenance was great too!! Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely miss this place.
We have had a very good experience with Aranza at the Wright apartments in Centennial! She was very patient and accommodating with some glitches in the system that I was having a hard time navigating and made our transition here from Maryland seamless! The apartment is very modern and has great amenities, the pool and hot tub are really nice and the gym is modern and well equipped. There are game and conference rooms and even free lattes in the lobby! Dog, friendly, convenient location, highly recommend!
I have lived here for the last 2 years and had a very good experience. The apartments themselves are very nice and clean. Special shout-out to the staffing at the complex, especially Aranza. Any time I’ve had a question/concern or anything she has been super helpful and very quick to make sure everything is resolved. I’ve mainly had Aranza to help, but any interaction I’ve had with the staffing has always been super positive and has make living here great.
Love everything about living here - the amenities 👌🏽 - our neighbors are really kind. I feel safe when I walk my dog (very dog friendly - dog stations accessible throughout the apartment complex). Aranza and the rest of The Wright team are incredibly kind and helpful. 🙌🏼 Aranza has been so patient - I had an issue with the mailing system (totally my fault) and she kindly helped me through it. Very happy here. :)

I just recently moved in, and from the moment I went in to tour the property Aranza was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful in answering all my questions. She gave me such a great tour and was so communicative following up. When I reached out to sign, the leasing office team was so helpful and was very responsive, making the leasing process easy. Aranza went out of her way to get me a move in date that worked with what I had going on at the time, and she went out of her way to accomodate me in picking up my keys. Normally i dont leave reviews, but my move in process with Aranza was absolutely awesome! She was super helpful with my mother and i initially moving in, put up with all of our annoying questions, and was nothing but helpful and polite. I experienced lots of technical difficulties submitting my application and making an account, but Aranza was able to figure out another way, and get everything going! And the property is so nice and quiet, highly reccomend the wright apartments!
I had such a great experience finding my new apartment here! Aranza was absolutely awesome – she made sure I understood everything, answered all my questions, and was with me every step of the way throughout the entire process. I was under a time crunch, so having her help was a huge stress reliever and made the process so quick and easy. Thanks to her, I found my new home and couldn’t be happier! The whole complex is so lovely, and every staff member has been so kind. I’m super excited to be here and really thankful for Aranza’s help!
Update #2: pool is open and it is amazing. Hot tub is open and it is also amazing. Staff is still amazing. Unfortunately the dog park is not open yet but they are making progress. Also the second set of grills have not been installed. The common are is open 10-10 which is also amazing. Update: so after being here for right at a month. A few things to consider. If your looking for move on ready amenities this might not be the place for you. There has been little to no progress on the condition of the pool. I rarely see anyone working on it so at the current rate it maybe ready next summer.…
