Love these apartments! Admin handles everything I need in a timely manner, maintenance is so efficient and quick. Jesus was up in within hours of my maintenance request and did an outstanding job. The property+gym is always kept clean and gates/elevators stay functioning. As a very particular person, they are doing great and I hope it stays that way!
After living here for over a year, I am grateful for the leasing staff and the overall experience of living at Modera. Ive had my fair share of moves and by far this apartment has been the best experience. If you want piece of mind, clean, secure, and an apartment with beautiful views this is the place for you. The walls aren't thin which is plus. Never had any issues with parking, or maintenance. The staff is attentive and Natalie will forever be that girl! She has helped me numerous time, always patient and full of grace. Eric is great too! I will miss this place for sure.
We had a wonderful experience working with Eric at Modera Trinity Apartments. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to our needs from start to finish. Modera at Trinity is a beautiful facility, and I was immediately struck by the pleasant scent that permeates the building. After visiting several other complexes, I can confidently say that my experience with Erik and the property stood out. Erik "with a K" that is (inside joke lol), was exceptional from start to finish—his warm greeting, engaging personality, sense of humor, and intelligence made for a first-class experience. I haven't moved in yet but my move in date is march and I must say I'm impressed already, I was looking at this particular unit with Pool view and downtown skyline view and apparently everyone else was too lol!, the ladies in the office at the time helped me apply in office and they were so patient with me! and i must shoutout eric! my first visit there he was so busy but still made time for me in between his appointments, its so many options downtown but i feel like the team who runs it is the experience you get when you move in, thanks again for making me feel so welcomed already cant wait…
I had a great experience with Modera Trinity Apartments in Dallas. The whole process was very smooth from start to finish, and the amenities are awesome. I especially want to shout out Natalie for her outstanding customer service. she truly went above and beyond to help me and made everything so easy. If you’re looking for a place with great amenities and a team that really cares, I highly recommend Modera Trinity!
Although I have not moved in yet, I wanted to take the time to express how pleased I am so far after working with Erik. I have been working with a locator, Armani, who recommended this property and lives there so I was excited to see what they had to offer. I met with Erik to go over options prior to starting and he immediately made me feel welcomed and had the biggest smile on his face. We moved into this property in late August, and less than a month later our vehicle was broken into. We had come from another apartment nearby and were excited for a quieter home, but unfortunately, our experience here has not started on the right track. At the time of the break-in, the vehicle gate had been broken for a few weeks, making it extremely easy for someone to walk in. On a Saturday evening around 9PM, three vehicles - including ours — were broken into. Thieves stole over $2,000 worth of belongings from our truck and walked out of the garage without issue.
