  • We live in this building since 3 weeks. I was scared, seeing the comments here but we did not face any of them. Parking is perfect, no noise, pool and gym are very nice. The flat is perfect. I believe it may depend on luck sometimes but our experience is very good, we love it here!
  • We can hear neighbors moves 👂🏻Toilet , phone calls , talks! …and much more technical issues : slowest water pressure ever- not possible to take shower, ventilation doesn’t work at all- moldy smell in washrooms all time, neighbors cooking inside our home! AC is very loud and stops on all modes, pool always on maintenance , flooring is uneven PARKING entry/exit designed so narrow its IMPOSSIBLE to exit ! Disappointed !
  • Worst building ever experienced. Save your money and don’t rent or buy here. Renting since 3 months, and it has been a nightmare since day 1. Yes, you’ll see attractive pictures of individual pools and a good looking building from outside, but living there is an opposite reality. We are facing many issues unresolved (recurrent pool leakage, electric noises in the walls, smelly and yellow water in our sinks, cracking walls from pipes leakage, insects, constant clogged pipes etc). Despite many emails and calls to Binghatti management and their maintenance, we are left ignored. When they finally…
  • I stayed at Binghatti Tulip for 15 days and, unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. While the building has a nice aesthetic and the amenities look good on the surface, the management and service quality ruined the stay. One of the worst parts was dealing with the Indian morning-shift receptionist, who was utterly rude and unprofessional. Shockingly, he would gossip and speak badly about guests in Hindi to delivery drivers or others, assuming no one understood. Luckily, I understand some Hindi. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for a place that wants to attract international…

  • Dealing with the security (day shift) is a nightmare, they are not professional, very rude and no understanding at all. If you are coming for a visit or for a work purposes, get ready to talk to the wall to get you an access. Unlike other Binghatti buildings.
  • I’m an agent, and to be honest, the delivery of my investor’s unit took longer than expected. He was really upset because of the delay. But after the handover, I was able to see the good side the building has great quality. The amenities like the pool, lift, lobby, and security are all very nice. Just two weeks after handover, I rented out the unit. The studio is small, but we adapted it to fit the needs and taste of the tenant. She’s super happy living there, and my investor is also very satisfied because we got a good ROI around 9-10 percent after pay service charge and bills . Ashraf from…
  • After a few months of living in my new flat, I must admit that I'm rather impressed. The room is well-organized, and the style is sleek and contemporary. The open-plan layout is especially great because it gives the impression that the flat is considerably larger. I feel really at ease here, and the attention to detail is evident.
  • When I recently visited Binghatti Tulip, I was really impressed! The building is distinctive from other structures in the neighborhood. I adored how they combined a sophisticated atmosphere with modern architecture. It was a pleasant touch that the facilities, particularly the gym and pool, were designed with precision.
