1810 is such a great place to live! It’s small enough to feel like a boutique apartment and recognize your neighbors (even though it's managed by Greystar), but big enough to have an awesome lobby, rooftop, hot tub, and parking. All of the staff is super friendly + goes above and beyond to help (especially Dylan). My apartment layout had a good amount of storage, the walls are thick, and the building is quiet and very clean. They also host fun events for residents around the holidays. And my favorite part is that they've been leaving donuts out for us on Saturday mornings - the best!
Hands down the best apartment complex in San Diego! The property is clean, quiet, and very well maintained. Plus the management team is amazing. Dylan is far beyond nice, patient and knowledgeable. Great amenities, friendly neighbors, and a location that makes everything easy. I would absolutely take 1810 State to anyone looking for a great living experience. Thank you Dylan!!
Really pretty building, and solid leasing manager as well. I really like Greystar communities and today was reminded of why. Went to take a look as I’ll be selling my home and want to rent for a year in the city before committing to another purchase to test the waters and was impressed by the location, the floor plans, the insane city and marina views and how clean and tidy the building and units are. Dylan was such a breath of fresh air! Really knowledgeable about the area and isn’t pushy to get you to sign a lease right then and there. Unfortunately at this time you guys didn’t have anything that was calling my name. But the next time I’m looking I will make sure to stop at 1810!

Best apartment complex I’ve lived in. Great experience so far. Perfect location, always clean, never noisy, fun events, and just good vibes overall. Dylan brings consistent positive energy to the community, always helpful, prompt in his responses, and truly cares. Always great to see Jorge step in and help out too. Fantastic building, great maintenance and great community. Lived here for a year and wish I could stay longer. My previous apartment complex isn’t even in the same conversation as 1810. Perfect building for creating connections and being in a great location, a block away from the farmers market and a few minute walk the trolley station. Dylan and Colin have been phenomenal with staying on top of maintenance and creating a more involved community. Couldn’t recommend this building enough. Grateful for my time here!

Best place I have ever lived at! To the apartment itself to the whole staff I had a great experience living here. Jorge, Dylan, and Colin are super accommodating and actually care about the residents who live here. The staff is what sold me on this building, especially being a past leasing agent myself!
