Many nights with strong smell of sewage and garbage in this community because of a waste management plant not far away from here. - As per the community management. Apart from the 0 noise insulation you have in the apartments in this community and the accumulated dust in Dubai South, the support behind it is great, pool facility great and so are the receptionists.
Very Peaceful place to live with central Dubai just 30 minutes away. Easy access to Abu Dhabi, Dubai & Sharjah thanks to E611 road. The pool is world class so is the gym. Kaizen does a good job in maintaining the community. Greenery everywhere which is truly appreciated.
I lived in this community for 4 years and it was a wonderful experience. Very Good and calm place for family. The park, swimming pool and gym are well managed by the maintenance team and the building maintenece are also very good. There is a Medical store, couple of restaurants and ladies beauty saloon at the community entrance itself. If a larger grocery purchase is required, lulu Hypermarket is nearby also. Bus transport is also available for people who who don't own a car.
Community Mag truly reflects the warmth of this neighborhood. It’s one of the best places for families, with peaceful surroundings, safe streets, and all the facilities you need. A wonderful environment for kids to grow up in.

Love this place, it’s a small community with 13 buildings, maintenance is really nice it’s done by kaizen. Amazing gym, a beautiful place to live if you are working at jafaz, dip, or near by areas, near to new airports. The place is really calm and safe to live . I stayed there to 5 years. Feel like a resort life there..
Green and well maintained community. They have a clubhouse and pool area. It looks awesome. And also security in building 530 was very friendly and helpful. Nice place to invest or move in.
Highly recommended and much pleasant environment!!! The recreation facilities are beyond the level, fairly provides for kid’s and adults. Besides, the surrounding being well maintained and hats off to the entire crews such as Security Officers, Hygiene team, Lifeguard, maintenance team and The Facilities management 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Likewise 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
The community is well located between EXPO 2020, international Airport and jebal Ali. It has a big swimming pool, world class gym and a lovely community feel. The construction is excellent and the developer has put in alot of effort at an affordable price range. Will become more in demand once the expo site is near completion.
