I’m having a great experience here! The staff are very supportive and responsive, and the space is always clean, calm, and welcoming. I’m really grateful this place exists on campus!
LOL do NOT live here. I would've given 0 star if possible. 1. The window is too thin so that ALL the noise from the outside road comes directly to your eardrum, and construction will be happening everywhere and everyday. 2. I moved out a few months ago, and suddenly they send you an email saying you have a pending charge, no explanation, no invoice nothing. Apparently, their cheap construction materials will break during your normal usage, and they will charge you for the repairs. The room was fine when I left, and they listed 5-6 repair items to rip you off. Why is this even a campus…
Moved in around 1.5 months ago. It’s been a nice experience so far! Love this place. It is one of the newest buildings and nicest facilities you can find at MIT. People here are nice and helpful. 😄 I especially love the gym on the ground floor. It’s so nice and handy to just put on the gym clothes and then you arrive in 2 mins without exiting the building!
There’s many reasons I will never return to this place. Anyone who is searching for housing in Cambridge, look elsewhere. At the minimum, consider other MIT housing. 1) Price spike has made this place ridiculous. There is no reason to be paying 1550 to have 3 other roommates and have a tiny bedroom. 2) Leasing was very disingenuous and never warned that there were two seperate buildings, one of which held all the amenities and the other didn’t. That feels a bit important no? 3) My family works in reality. It’s obvious that every part of this building is made of the cheapest materials they can…

The absolute worst place I have lived on campus in my four years. I regret not living in MIT housing. Sure, great facility, new building, reasonable prices (except they’re raising them next year). They do not tell you about the constant fire alarms that go off. There were two today that were triggered by dust, and they claim that it’s not a “false alarm” and it’s “functioning as expected.” Dust is the most common cause of false alarms so why are you spreading misinformation… There was also a (real) fire alarm yesterday, set off by the building’s own heater. But for a facility built in 2024,…
Great place, downside is that they are trying hard to get your money. Everyone gets charged the cleaning fine. If you clean your apartment for hours you literally get charged for leaving one cleaning product on the shelf. However, staff is super friendly and helpful and makes up for it, especially Dante from the Front desk!
We love living at Graduate Junction! We have two young kids and the building feels very safe and secure. It is kept pristinely clean and all maintenance requests we have submitted were answered and fixed within a day. The staff is very accommodating; when we moved in Kendra helped us with a furniture mix up right away when we called her. My daughter loves to go talk to the desk staff, especially Hannah who is so kind to all of us. All of the staff work hard to make living here relaxing and fun. The apartments are brand new and very clean and functional, all new appliances we love to use. The…
Friendly staff and nice facilities. Downside is that all packages are delivered to W78, so if you live in W88, you have to walk outside to the next building. Can’t imagine how that looks like during the freezing winter.
