  • As a real estate broker with Compass, I was completely impressed with the entire process of helping my buyer secure her new home at 1DSQ. Huge thanks to the entire team for such a seamless sale - from beginning to end. My buyer was so impressed as well - and the gift when she arrived into her apartment after she closed was the icing on the cake. I am not sure I have ever experienced this level of detail in a new development. It was fantastic - from the Agents, to the Walk Through Team, to the great building staff, to the attorney - it was an A+!
  • Great new development designed by Selldorf Architects (of Frick renovation fame), incorporating parts of the former Domino's sugar factory. The development includes a seasonal ice skating rink with magnificent views of the Williamsburg Bridge and the Manhattan skyline. The name of the development is a nice pun as the main high rises look like black and white domino squares.
  • We purchased a condo at 1DSQ in June 2024 and moved in the 1st week of Dec. After several years of searching for the perfect place that checked all of our boxes we finally found that place in 1DSQ. The location is perfect - great neighborhood, parks, restaurants, and easy access to Manhattan. The views are epic and the quality of the building (details inside and outside) differentiated this building from others we considered over the years. The amenities are incredible. There's an aquatic center that spans an entire floor including a spacious indoor pool, hot tub, cold plunge, and 1st class…
  • We moved into the Condo's early December and could not be happier. The property is beautiful. The amenities are great. The staff has been super helpful. We had issues with furniture delivery on numerous occasions and the management team was very responsive and they went out of their way to ensure we received our items. The views are spectacular. They are really breathtaking. The park is our front yard basically. The neighborhood is incredible. We have Whole Foods and Trader Joes walking distance and endless amazing restaurants and pizza! lol The best part of the building are the people we've…

  • Moved at 1DSQ in winter and couldn't be happier with the decision. Buying at 1DSQ grants you access to a myriad of benefits by tapping into the Two Trees family broad support network at Domino Park. Being able to walk out the front door and onto your "personal" park with your own mug of warm coffee is a true privilege. Domino Park being a POPS, (Privately Owned Public Space), means that the upkeep of the park is not at the mercy of the City's budget cuts and mismanagement, ensuring the park, under the purview of Two Trees and their stellar track record, will continue to be a favored green…
  • We bought & moved into a 2bd/2.5ba condo in 11/24 & could not be happier! There are many things to love about this luxurious development including the: Location: Right across from the Refinery & Domino Park in one of the most walkable cities in America. EVERYTHING we need is nearby, including great grocery shopping & restaurants. The developer of this area (Two Trees) has created a peaceful oasis right on the river with parks, a dog walk, beach volleyball court, ice skating rink...just incredible to find all of this in a big city. The locale is beautiful, safe & scenic. I'm out walking our…
  • I've been in the building for 6 months now and couldn't be happier with the quality of community, location, and views. The location, especially as summer starts, has been incredible. Domino Park is essentially our front yard and the waterfront, sunsets, and range of activities right outside our front door are impossible to beat. In terms of community, the combined common areas with rental and condo tower has been a feature I didn't expect—the amenities being a place where many of the folks in the buildings connect (turns out the folks here are pretty cool and I've formed some lasting…
  • I purchased my apartment in December and both the contract and the closing was as stated bt Aaron the sales manager. He disclosed all the rules and cost on the unit. I love my unit with incredible views of the river and the city. The amenities are fabulous and so is the management. One of the reasons I purchased at DSQ was the reputation of Two Trees. I feel like I am living in a 5 star hotel
