In general my experience has been horrible. No bright spots. Staff is horrible and never follows through even after multiple complaints. I’ve lived here for 2 months and I have had billing issues, the valet trash has skipped days of working, and the maintenance staff has never fixed issues that I requested months ago (when I first moved in). As other reviews mentioned, I have had many issues with the leasing offices. My unit had no hot water when I first moved in and I had to go to the leasing office 3 times to have it fixed. Update 3/6/2026 I am begging you please do not move here. We have had a hole in our ceiling and inside of our hole. It is a wasp nest. We have told the office so many times to fix it multiple times a day. There are bees flying through our entire house average 4 a day and we have the biggest , black widow spiders on our ceilings because of this hole in our ceiling. Edit: please don’t move here. The Valet trash skips days, hallways on my floor are always dirty, the doors are always broken so at any time anyone can come into your building in the middle of the night. I really can’t stand living…
Joshua has the best personality and he made me feel soo welcomed! The tour was extremely informative, When I’m ready to move it will certainly be because of him!
Been living here for almost three months and for the most part everything is really great!! The thing we love most is having a gym and pool in our facility! The only big down fall would have to be the mailing/packaging services, you would be better off paying for a PO Box at the post office and getting everything shipped there, if you don’t receive your mail or packages no one can do anything about it it’s kind of like a game of he said she said cause you just get put into a circle of you have to go through usps to call this number and notify your apartment manager n then just all over again…

I’ve had a great experience at Vera Savona. The management team truly makes a difference here. Thomas, the manager, is professional, approachable, and always ensures everything runs smoothly. Megan, the assistant manager, is incredibly helpful, attentive, and supportive—she genuinely cares about both staff and guests. I’ve only recently moved in, but I’ve already had a great experience with the staff. Megan, Josh, and Marquise have been incredibly helpful, welcoming, and responsive during the move-in process!! They’ve made everything feel smooth, and it’s reassuring to know there’s a team that’s attentive and easy to communicate with. I really appreciate their support so far and am looking forward to settling in. :)
I visited this apartment complex a few weeks ago and had the best experience! The apartments are beautiful and the staff is great. I met with Marquise and he was very knowledgeable, friendly and provided superior customer service skills. He answered all of my many questions and provided everything I needed to move forward.The area is great as well. Marquise is a great asset to this place and made me want to move in and let others know about this hidden gem.
I want to give a huge shoutout to Marquise and Megan at Vera at Savona Mill for being so friendly and helpful throughout my move. They made my cross-country transition smooth and stress-free, and their communication has been great from start to finish. Also, big thanks to my apartment locator Brittney Cherry for referring me to this property! She really came through with this one. The building is brand new, and I’m excited to settle into my new unit!
