How terrifying! You might find one or two or many cigarettes butt stayed on your balcony when you get up one morning, your upstair neighbors almost thrown them while you are sleeping, the severe thing is you found out that cigarette butt wasn't dropped after it was extinguished, but was thrown while it was still burning. Because the yellowish tar was almost all stuck to the balcony. Hopefully no damage or risk for this building when you had this experience, at least not one time you could see it on your balcony. Garbage is frequently left in the corridors, which are common areas. This issue has been reported to security multiple times, yet the management has failed to take any effective or lasting action. The common areas are not properly maintained or monitored.
M tenant here in since past 18-20 months Very poor management team. My door is not locking up since past 7-10 days and I have complained for the same but no response, one concerned person giving number of others and so on but no actual action. Before also I had bad experience with ac leakages, washroom cloggings, plumber work here and there, chimney not working. Overall it’s very poor. Just request to owner mr Rizwan to luk this matter with concerned.

I had a wonderful 2-week stay in this building via AirBnB. The only thing that bothered me was a tiny gym, as I expected more considering the size of the building. Other than that, everything was great, including the pool.
I had an amazing six-month stay in this building. Everything was excellent and enjoyable. I’m very thankful to the Like Home team and their professional staff, especially Mr. GHAITH AKRAM , who was always available and treated me with great kindness and hospitality. Thanks Sonia
Moving out is a nightmare! I applied for an NOC for cooling from Ista, and they kept me waiting for 1.5 months, calling them every 2 days, but no one updated me. even, one day, someone called to ask about my experience, saying my case was closed — when in fact, it wasn’t. After all this time, Ista finally told me my deposit is with Elite (building management) — with no explanation why. I started chasing Elite, and they delayed it even more, asking me to log out of their app and upload non existing documents. After weeks of back and forth, they finally said “okay, upload whatever you have” —…
Amazing building with a wonderful facilities. Very luxurious, clean, and modern design. One of the best buildings in Arjan to live in.
