Modern hotel in the heart of Pattaya with great access to both Beach Road and Second Road. I stayed in a lower-floor room, and even with a night market nearby, there was no noise at all. When I first checked in, I noticed a strong disinfectant smell, which felt a bit unusual at first. After experiencing the next day’s housekeeping, I realized why this hotel disinfects the room every single day during cleaning. I recently stayed at Somerset Pattaya and had a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely unbeatable—literally right across the road from Central Festival mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. From the moment we arrived, the staff were a highlight; everyone was always smiling and eager to greet us. We had a great time while we were there for my husband birthday and our anniversary. PEERA and the rest if the staff made us feel so welcome everyday.. We definitely will be coming back to this location. The room,staff, food,location was great.. Ohh THE VIEW up top was everything!!! Must stay location!!
Had a fantastic three day stay here. Location is great, within walking distance of wherever your Pattaya adventures or misadventures may lead you. There’s great food, coffee, grocery store, mall, all within a few minutes walking distance. Hotel staff was great. Room was great. Cocktails at the rooftop bar, pool, and second floor restaurant were amazing. If you like cocktails, this is an excellent place to visit, even if you’re not staying. I stayed at Somerset Pattaya during the Pattaya International Fireworks Festival and overall had a very good experience. The location is excellent – just opposite Central Festival Pattaya and only a short walk to Pattaya Beach, which made getting around very convenient. The room was spacious and well equipped with an electric stove, pots and pans, a dishwashing sink and a washing machine. There were also plates and bowls, but strangely no cutlery at all – no spoon, fork or even teaspoon. The room was very good. The atmosphere was pleasant, clean, and not too busy. The design is suitable for children. The water park was a bit small and the water was very cold, but my child absolutely loved the slides. The Kids' Club was good and clean; there weren't many toys or many people. The staff were always smiling and greeting everyone. I was very impressed
Loved by their hospitality, ambience and the design. It's modern and sleek and cute and the color combination is great. Their staffs was also amazing, really helpful. Their breakfast also one of the best, since I'm picky eater for hotel buffet breakfast 😆. They were upgrading me to executive suite (if I'm not mistaken) and the room was big!! (With living room and pantry, I'm alone and stayed for 2 nights btw). They also have free tuktuk every 2 hrs to Terminal 21, Beachfront and Walking Street 👍🏻👍🏻
