We have had a great experience with Holiday Builders. We love our home! Natalie Devine and Simon Rojas were a pleasure to work with. They have been quick to respond to our questions through text or email. They’ve also given us a great deal of information regarding the community and the area.
We really like living here. The homes are very nice and it is great to have bigger lots with more space. Natalie in sales is a pleasure to work with and is very helpful.
After building 2 new homes in the last 10 years, I expected to have the normal problems with Holiday Builders in Freeport, FL. I was not prepared for how horrible they could do. During our pre-drywall meeting, I pointed out major code violations such as electrical wiring contacting truss plates and exposed nails, structural studs being split or half gone, nothing being on 16 or 24 o.c. and exterior walls not being tied together properly. The CM's response was that the meeting was about the calendar not a punch list and would not allow verification of any repairs. First, I would be embarrassed…
Full disclosure, I am an employee of Holiday Builders, but I am also a customer. My wife and I built here in Windswept Estates a couple of years ago, and we have been delighted with our home. We love the fact that Holiday Builders offers buyers a 2 year home warranty as opposed to the 1 year that most builders do, however, we have very seldom had to use the warranty. We built on 3/4 of an acre that overlooks the golf course. We absolutely love the neighborhood here in Windswept Estates. We've been here for two years in Windswept Estates and we're very happy with our beautiful Holiday Builders home that we were fortunate to build on the golf course - that is an easy drive to the beach. We enjoyed the professionalism we encountered with the builder and construction manager and the continued communication from the sales team as well as the end result of a quality home. We love the peaceful neighborhood and everything it has to offer. If you are looking for a place to call home, take a look at Windswept Estates. We love it here!
This company is the reason why my friend cannot relocate here. They started a build on the house he was going to buy, over a year ago… and it’s still stuck at the framing stage. They have zero communication skills. They will not reach out and give him any info as to what’s going on. He’s tried multiple times to get any kind of answers, to no avail. I understand that things are in low supply right now….. but at least reach out. At least try to make an effort to let people know what’s going on. He just gets the run around every single time. He doesn’t live in Florida, so it’s not like he can…
We purchased our home in Windswept in Jan 2021. We were treated with nothing but kindness everyone was very helpful and able to answer our questions. Our home is beautiful 3bed 3 bath. Love love the screened in patio. Very quiet community. Tried the pool out yesterday and met some neighbors. Can't wait until the community 4th of July parade and cook out on Sunday as well as fireworks. We would recommend Holiday Builders to everyone. We have no complaints.
Stay away from sales person Natalie Devine she is horrible, dishonest and told us once sale was over not to contact her for anything and she lied to us about many things just to make a sale!
