  • I have delayed writing this review in the hope that Radiant would rectify their ongoing failures, but my patience has officially run out. If I could give zero stars, I would. Since moving in 7 months ago, the after-sales "service" has been non-existent. We were promised premium care but are being denied basic residential necessities. Key Issues at Radiant Square: Fire Safety Negligence: It has been 7 months and my fire alarm system remains defective. Despite dozens of emails and helpdesk visits, management continues to ignore this life-safety violation. Infrastructure Failure: We have been…
  • You can easily spot the fake reviews from the real ones here… From the outside it looks great! But the whole community is far from being finished. Pools not operational, none of the restaurants and cafes are open yet, promenade is a building site and don’t ask me why half the entrances are closed. From a new community on Reem island, I would have expected more…
  • This is my 7th month living in Radiant and would avoid if possible. So many problems - being woken up at 1.30am in the mornings by random fire alarms that are loud & take forever to stop. Constant problems with water heater- having not hot water for week at times. Security not doing their jobs, they never help you when you need them. Been living in UAE for almost 5 year and have never experienced anything like this.
  • Great potential wasted with a very inexperienced Facility Management Great pools, great location, good enough building but rest is big question mark. This is UAEs biggest compound and the facility management is not even capable of managing a 100 unit building. 1- Lifts are disaster. Broken lift that is not fixed for more than 3 months. They are programmed to be operated independently and all the lifts are doing the same work left and right betwen 28 floors. Managements solution is to warn people not to press same button. (Good luck with that. Even Gate towers lifts are more clever than…

  • The hype around properties in Reem Island is obscuring the deficiencies and almost amateurish behaviour of development & construction companies that are riding the wave for a quick bite without really paying attention to the fact that it's not just about getting a nice looking building up and running, it is about long term quality for these establishments to survive the test of time, it's about true customer services to mange the owners and tenants who will live in these buildings, and most importantly it's about basic business honesty and transparency that will allow them to create future…
  • Very disappointing post-handover experience. I am writing this as the owner of an apartment in Radiant Heights. Unfortunately, the quality of execution and after-sales service has been extremely poor. From day one, there have been basic design and installation issues. The kitchen fridge does not fit in the allocated space, so it is forced to sit awkwardly outside the kitchen area. The bathroom exhaust fan is extremely loud, to the point that it disturbs sleep at night. There is also a serious gas installation issue: the gas valve switch cannot be rotated to open because of where it was…
  • An amazing property to relax and enjoy life in Abu Dhabi. Exceptional value for money and great amenities like multiple gyms, pools, kids play area, cafés and grocery stores and gaming Centers
  • An excellent project with many interesting layouts, good finishing, excellent pools and a gym, and a great location near a park and malls. Once the commercial spaces are filled with various stores and cafes, this place will be ideal for living. There are a few problems typical of any new building. Slowly, but the problems are being resolved. The only thing that's really frustrating is the lack of communication with the developer. They don't answer phone calls or emails, so you have to go to their office with any questions. The process is very slow, apparently because they don't have enough…
