I had a very positive experience at The Tolima Compound. Shahad and Mahmoud were exceptionally kind and friendly — they made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived for the tour and throughout the entire onboarding process. The apartment itself is comfortable, well equipped, and spotless. I especially love the high ceiling, which gives the space a very open and pleasant atmosphere. The common facilities are also well maintained and accommodating. I’m genuinely happy I decided to stay at The Tolima Compound.
The compound is clean, well maintained and professionally managed. the facilities exceed expectations. I can recommend

Love the compound- the vibe, the atmosphere, and the excellent customer service. It’s managed pretty well, peaceful, calming, and maintained with high standards of cleanliess. The management team especially Mr.Mohammed does an excellent job & is super kind, I haven’t faced any issues so far. What I truly appreciate are the celebrations and thoughtful décor for every occasion, creating a sense of belonging and community within the compound.
"Absolutely fantastic experience! The location is unbeatable—close to everything you could need. Best of all, the management team is incredibly professional and supportive. They are responsive, kind, and truly care about their residents. Highly recommend!"
I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the customer service team for their kind and professional assistance. I had the pleasure of speaking with Shahd from the customer service department while inquiring about a residential compound. She responded to all my questions with clarity, patience, and remarkable professionalism. Although the compound did not fit my budget, I’m truly grateful for the outstanding service provided. My thanks also extend to the management for maintaining such a high level of customer care.
Great flats in good condition and fully furnished. The staff is friendly and very helpful, and cleaning service is included, which is a big plus. Unfortunately, the surrounding area isn’t very pleasant for walking or exploring. The price could also be more competitive, especially considering the compound offers limited features—there are no green spaces or gardens. Still, there are a few small outdoor areas available. Special mention to the two Muhammad, Mahmoud and the ladies who maintains the place very clean and in good shape.
