  • I do not like the fact that there use to be places to charge your phone while you wait on the train.....Now whomever is in authority made it so all the places where you can charge your phone is locked up or blocked. I feel like they do things against the homeless community 🤔 trying to make it harder for them as if they already don't have a hard life....and if a company or business does not care for the homeless then I believe they should lose out on alot of money and have less and less business..because according to the Holy Bible God cares for the homeless community and if you do not care…
  • I always end up at Moynihan Train Hall whenever I reach Amtrak or Penn Station, and it’s truly such a beautiful place. My absolute highlight is Magnolia Bakery — I have to grab my go-to banana pudding every time. The hall has a spacious waiting area for Amtrak ticket holders, and you can even store your bags if you want to explore the city before heading back. There’s something about the station that gives off a charming 1950s, vintage vibe. One of my favorite little details is the flicker boards many vendors have; the soft flick-flick-flick sound feels so nostalgic in this otherwise digital…
  • Beautiful, modern space with plenty of quick and fun dining options which is such a huge upgrade from the old Penn Station. The only downside is the lack of bathrooms. Both arriving and departing, the lines were long and the wait was easily 20–30 minutes. If they added more restrooms, it would be a perfect travel hub.
  • I always have a great experience at Moynihan Amtrak Penn Station. The station is consistently clean, spacious, and well-kept. The boarding process is smooth, the seating areas are comfortable, and overall it makes traveling so much easier.

  • This is probably one of the cleanest, secure and orderly train stations I’ve seen compared to the other train stations in the world (we’ve been to 52+ countries worldwide). They have a spacious lounge, a food hall that offers different cuisines and enough train personnel who assist travellers in and out of New York City. It’s next to Madison Square Garden and close to Hudson Yards and Javitt Center which makes it even handy if you’re coming to New York for a day trip.
  • New and clean, clear signage, spacious, lots of options in the food hall. I think it's the best train station I've been to. Not sure about peak hours but early afternoon it was not crowded and easy to get around.
  • Moynihan Hall is exceptionally well-organized, making it very easy to read signs and access the necessary areas without confusion. The facility is clean and well-maintained, which enhances the overall experience. Additionally, there are a variety of food options available inside, offering both convenience and choice for visitors. Its accessibility, cleanliness, and amenities make it a highly functional and user-friendly location.
  • Very clean and Modern Train Station centrally located in Manhattan with a bunch of restaurants and cafe’s. Was easy to navigate and find my train. Took a one way from NYC to Washington DC and had an amazing experience.
