This was an amazing experience buying a Logel Homes condo. The building quality, the no pressure sales support, the service team, all great humans. 3 years later and Brad Logel (sales team) is still helping us out with our questions. Love this area!! Come join our neighborhood.
Ashley was very approachable,professional and very friendly. She had all the answers to my questions. I am very excited to explore the townhomes in the new phase! Definitely recommend working with her.
I can't believe how they’re treating their homeowners. On Saturday, we tried to park our vehicle in our designated parking spot, but the two cars beside us were parked so tightly that we couldn’t get in. So, we parked in the sales centre visitor parking instead only 1 hour —and can you believe we received a $100 ticket? We tried to speak with the manager working at Logen Homes, and they simply gave us the property management’s contact information. Is this really how they respond to their own homeowners? I had an excellent experience with Logel Homes, thanks to their amazing team! Brad, in particular, provided outstanding customer service. He’s always available to help, even after closing, and truly goes above and beyond for his customers. Jackie was also great—super friendly and easy to work with. Additionally, the customer care and warranty team is top-notch. They respond quickly to any concerns and are always there to assist. Overall, a fantastic experience with Logel Homes!

What initially drew my attention to Logel Homes was their binder. It tells the knowledge you need to know about how they are going to build your home from site planning, grading, construction, warranty to delivery date. Clarity brings trust. Furthermore, I was impressed by the artistic design and decor elements in each of their show suites which seamlessly blend the indoors with the outdoors. The way they address environmental concerns and energy savings are also commendable. We were finally convinced and decided to purchase/build our townhouse with Sage Walk Condos & Towns by Logel Homes! Thanks to Brad Logel and team for helping us go through our down-sizing exercise which Brad aptly termed as "right-sizing" and choosing the home appropriate for our need/want. Brad was very patient and thorough in answering all our questions and explaining the buying process/steps both in-person and email correspondences. We're very happy with the level of service, great customer care and expertise of everyone. We'll definitely recommend Brad Logel & Team!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Darryl Solly, the sales manager at Sage Walk to sell a gorgeous 2 bedroom condo to a remote buyer. At every stage Darryl took an active role in the process and truly went above and beyond to make the sale smooth and successful. I bought 3 condos with this builder and all the sales person (Darryl and William) are very nice and professional. They are always ready to help and response to questions. Even after possession, Darryl is always there to reply to any queries. I will highly recommend them.
