Absolutely lovely staff at the reception. Both Kenny and Jess went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. I highly recommend the hotel for their professionalism, clean rooms, amenities and the convenience of having an Italian restaurant right around the corner and great skyline views from the top floors.
We recently stayed for 5 nights as we had driven down from Cairns to see family. WOW...we were pleasantly surprised with the gorgeous room on floor 21. A little piece of heaven overlooking the suburb and Sydney City in the distance. Check in was a breeze with friendly and accommodating staff. The facilities excellent and location tops with cafes, restaurants and Westfield down the road. I have to mention the amazing split king bed and king pillows. We've actually decided to purchase a similar bed and pillows!! If we return to Sydney we will definitely stay at Meriton Suites Liverpool. Well…
Coming from Melbourne for our friend wedding. Stayed at Meriton Suites Liverpool and had a great experience. Friendly and professional staff. The room was very big and looked brand new. Spacious room with a full kitchen and a balcony. Great location, close to public transport, shops, and other amenities. Highly recommended!
The hotel was clean and overall very good. However, we had an unpleasant experience on the day of our checkout. In the morning, the manager knocked on the door, but we were still asleep and didn’t hear it. He then opened the door and started shouting at us for being late to check out. While we understand the importance of checkout times, this approach was unprofessional and disrespectful. Such behavior is not acceptable, especially in a hotel that presents itself as high-end. We expected better communication and hospitality.

The location is perfect—right in the heart of Liverpool, next to Westfield, with cafés, grocery stores, barbers, butchers, and coffee shops all within walking distance. Stayed at Meriton Suites Liverpool for 17 nights and was very impressed with the amenities. The suite was spacious, clean, and well equipped, and whenever I needed something, the staff were happy to assist. The pool and facilities were well maintained, making the stay comfortable and convenient. A great option for longer stays.
Arrived at 4.15pm and room was not ready, reception were very apologetic and refunded parking and gave us some chocolate, got to room and bedroom door was locked, waited ages for it to be unlocked. Room was lovely on the fifteenth floor, it was clean and comfy, bed and pillows were fabulous and nice open balcony that was private with an alright view, lights were pretty at night. Undercover parking was easily accessible. Close to shops. Heated pool however was disappointing as it did not feel heated at all which was a big downfall but pool area was clean and well stocked with towels. Gym was…
