Memorable Birthday Staycation for my daughter - it was hands-down one of our best family experiences in Singapore! The absolute 6th star (Google only has 5 Star Rating) of our stay was Rina (didn't get her full name; assuming is from Guest Relations). I’ve experienced a wide range of hotels, but Rina’s service is on another level (comparing apples to apples). Top notch experience with Rina and her team. From pre check in, asking for special occasions to receiving us at the hotel, they certainly have set the bars high. Im sure they can't do it for everyone but i hope they continue the hard work. Even the concierge teams were great at engaging my baby when we arrived. Rooms were very clean, the deluxe room still had space for a cot. View given was a directly facing the pool as i requested for a quiet room and it was far in the middle. Great CNY staycation experience! We requested a sea view and simple room decoration, and the hotel fulfilled all our requests. The deluxe room isn’t very big, but it’s cosy and comfortable for a couple. Everything was clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided. We especially liked the small extras: vending machines at every lift lobby with reasonably priced snacks and drinks, free two-way shuttle service to VivoCity for food and shopping, and a tap in the room with free-flow filtered water. Location of 7-11 is very convenient!! Rina managed to get us a great room. Marvellous view, facing the pool. She promptly directed us and even provided short-cuts to navigate around the hotel. During check-in, the concierge — Diva & Adilah, were very warm and welcoming to my nephew. They treated my nephew with utmost care. Diva even provided a bag of colouring booklet and birthday balloons to my nephew! Ashwini was very welcoming and friendly towards my nephew throughout our stay. I would like to give special compliments to Ashwini and Shah for their outstanding guest relations service during my hotel stay. They were incredibly sweet, patient, and genuinely helpful, making both the check-in and check-out process smooth and stress-free. Their kindness and attentiveness truly made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel itself is wonderful. The pool is excellent and very enjoyable, and the location is absolutely perfect. Location wise this hotel is brilliant. The atmosphere is relaxed and family oriented. The rooms are great - we had a family room and there was little space for luggage - this is the only very slight negative. Accomodation was great value, room was very clean and quiet. Service was incredible. In particular I’d like to mention the fantastic service by the guest service advisor- Aishwini - we were spoilt by the kindness shown to our daughter.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Village Hotel Sentosa. The hotel was perfectly located close to accessible complimentary transport, Resorts World, great restaurants and beautiful beaches. The hotel was immaculately clean, with great amenities including multiple pools, a gym and plenty of areas to sit and relax. Every one of the hotel staff we interacted with was friendly and accommodating, making our stay in Sentosa pleasant and relaxing.
Had a lovely staycation here for the third time, and once again it did not disappoint. Special thanks to Tivya at the reception — she was wonderful and thoughtfully arranged a room with a bathtub as requested, and also managed to secure a higher-floor room for us, which we really appreciated. The room was very clean and spotless. The air-conditioning was a little noisy on the medium fan setting, but switching it to low made it much quieter and comfortable enough to sleep through the night.
