We have had great experience at Flats at Dorsett Ridge! Appartment is beautiful and comfortable, parking is soo convenient, people living here are friendly, gym is sooo much better compared to other apartments, posts & packages service is great and Kris and Tracy are cherry on top! They helped us to move in on a snowed in day! They are always helpful in solving any questions or problems we have anytime, they personally take care of events at the flats and are so warm, welcoming and are just amazing people! Me and my family are having a great time here!
Before I begin this, I’m normally someone who holds back my words as I understand people are human. I am done being passive. I’ve lived here for a little several years and the decline in cleanliness and staff is honestly shocking despite paying more and new fees emerging each year with a variance of what you’ll actually be paying for utilities. The garage floors on the 2nd and 3rd level are always covered in built-up dirt; it’s obvious they never power wash them. The stairwells are even worse—never cleaned, just constant muddy tracks and grime, as if the place is forgotten by staff. Today, I…
Tracy did a wonderful job of touring the apartment complex. Well sized rooms and a lovely location to be in! On the pricier side for a single bedroom, with a hefty monthly parking fee. If the apartment is in your range, I’d recommend it!
Living at The Flats has been the Best experience thus far. The management Kris & Tracy is amazing & professional. They’re quick & on top of any maintenance issues. As far as any nosie complaints its just like ANY apartments you live in heavy footsteps something you can easily fix by going to get a HOME. Every thing in my apartment is new & up to date. On top of them having a Cleaning Crew coming to clean every morning the hallways & pool are always clean. I love coming home to the Flats.

From reading previous reviews I can say it sounds like previous tenants may need to look for homes instead of an apartment. The Flats are the best apartments I have lived in. I live coming home everyday. Everything in my apartment is new and we have no issues. Leasing agents are great. Noise level is not that loud if you are in your home watching tv , if you are in silence I understand but it’s still not as described. The property is not dirty at all, don’t know how there are any negative reviews. I love the flats and would recommend if you are looking to give them a try.
While this complex has a few positive aspects, there are significant issues that make it unsuitable for families or those seeking a comfortable home environment. Pros: Good Management: The management team is responsive and professional, addressing concerns promptly. Quiet Atmosphere for Singles: The setup is ideal for individuals or couples who prefer a hotel-like living environment. Cons: Lack of Soundproofing: Conversations from inside the apartments can be easily heard in the hallway, raising privacy concerns. Poor Covered Parking: Despite charging for covered parking, water leaks from the…
The office staff is great! I am proud to call The Flats my home. The only negative thing I have seen is that enforcement of the policies is lacking, specifically with people not picking up after dogs, smoking on the complex grounds, and people parking in disabled spots without a disabled plate or tag. I took pictures of one particular car starting the first week of November…2-3 times a week, and I reported it at least weekly. The office told me they spoke with the tenant, but this continued in to February, when they finally got a tag. I reported the pet waste clean up issue many times, but to…
Edit below** I am very disappointed in the end of my choice of apartment. I picked the flats because I loved the environment, it was clean, friendly and the people in the front office were very easy to work with. Within the last few months it has changed ownership and has gotten worse on multiple levels. The hallways are less clean, the fire alarm went off three times in one day, including at 2 in the morning, and they locked me out from getting my packages from the mail room. All that said, I figured it was hiccups from the transition, and really no big deal. My big problem is how…
