The layout options for 1 bedroom are really nice to have. Most places only offer 2 or 3. Austin really sealed the deal for me. I'm realistic about Apartment living but in general iffy about all new builds. I had tons of questions about the layout/amenities/costs and he patiently walked me through it all. He also has kind energy that doesn't make you feel like you're a bother when you pop by the office. Definitely makes the vibe easier when you're new. Wonderful community! The property is always very clean and in a great location. Amanda and her team- Diana and Austin are professional, friendly, and always available to help with anything you need. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable, quick to respond, and truly cares about the residents. You can tell this community is well managed. The amenities are clean and beautiful! Highly recommend!”
Great quality apartments with well-maintained units and attention to detail. The finishes feel modern, everything is kept clean, and the overall property is well taken care of. The staff is also amazing—friendly, professional, and always willing to help when needed ( Austin ) who helped me was overall super professional and made it very easy for me and answered all my questions . Overall, a comfortable place to live with a great atmosphere.
I have lived here for a year now, and I’m happy to say that I’ve renewed my lease because I truly enjoy living at The Gin Mill. The experience has been wonderful, and the leasing office team—Diana, Amanda, and Austin—are such great people. They are always helpful, kind, and professional. I look forward to another year here!

I had a great experience getting approved here! The process was quick, simple, and well explained. The staff was very helpful and made sure I understood everything needed. I received my approval faster than expected and felt confident moving forward, Austin made sure things where taken care of, he even stayed late to make sure we had what we needed and made sure we felt at home. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Amanda Rosales was GREAT! I dint have to ask questions because the tour consisted most of us just talking yk connect :) The property it self is great! she made the property 10 times better! These were built in 2023 but they look like they were built last year! I could go on & on but just know Amanda is the person to come see if you are ever touring THE GIN MILL 😁!
Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience visiting & touring this property. I had a scheduled visit but no where in the email confirmation nor in their website said that the ID verification is via a link that I should scan on my phone. Well, the link did not work on my phone and their staff told me that there is no other way and then he told me that I might need to buy a new phone, it's cheap. That was extremely rude & unprofessional to make a comment to the future tenant. He had no idea who I am & what I do for living. They also do not have any paper printout of their floor plans or…
Taylor was such a big blessing when helping me acquire my apartment at the Gin Mill! Any questions I’ve had, she’s never hesitated to answer and be very kind and professional in the process. Most of the staff here is wonderful, maintenance team comes in swiftly when needed and the apartment itself is gorgeous. The cons I would say is the hallways are consistently dirty and stained which i’m not sure there’s much they can do on that level, lack of parking or having to park far out and I didn’t appreciate the attitude I received from Austin when I came into the office requesting assistance with…
