  • The positives are The Landmark is a new building with excellent security and good amenities (especially the gym). However, after living here over two years, there are multiple negatives worth pointing out: 1. Bad floorplans. You pay a premium price for a poorly designed and small apartment. The square footage on the website includes the balcony, and the interior is awkwardly laid out making the studios essentially closets. The more you use your apartment, the more you realize the quality of the apartment is also cheap (for example the flooring has multiple misalignments) and not luxury (for…
  • The building management and maintenance is outstanding. Manager Zack Decker is remarkably attentive and professional, quickly responding to each tenant's needs. Maintenance team Fernando and Daniel are excellent.
  • I just moved in, and Mina, the leasing agent, was great to work with throughout the entire process. He was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making the move-in experience seamless.
  • I lived in this building for three years. I originally chose it because of the amenities and security, but several aspects of my experience didn’t meet my expectations for the price point. For example, the pool area often felt unmaintained during my time there — many of the umbrellas were frequently broken, missing parts, or not clean, which made the space less usable. Guest parking was also limited, which sometimes made hosting visitors difficult. I also occasionally noticed smoke inside the building, even though the community has policies against it. I reported this but didn’t see much…

  • Preston and Mans were great! Been here for more than a year. The few problems that appeared (a neighbor close by smoking weed etc.) were solved by the management eventually, everything else is good as new after 18 months. Well sound isolated apartments, good community, nice management. Update: (-1 star) When moving out they do a move out inspection and they’ll give you a price to patch the walls and paint and few days after they might increase the price to double of what they gave you. They tell you not to patch / repair the walls because it’s gonna be cheaper for them to do it but then they…
  • Today I attempted to deliver a customer’s order, but the building security acted in a highly unprofessional and aggressive manner. Without approaching me, one of the guards began shouting from a distance. I later realized he was claiming that deliveries must go through the residents’ parking area. They prevented me from completing the delivery, forcing the customer to come outside to receive their food. The security staff’s behavior was extremely rude, inappropriate, and unacceptable
  • Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Unless you want to feel like the staff is doing you a favor by letting you live there, find another community where you will be valued as both a customer and a resident. This is far from the treatment or experience you would expect from a place that calls itself “luxurious.”
  • Large 8-10’ high window shades installed by Landmark are not securely attached! One whole set fell on my head. There is no management in the building on weekends to personally report this as a safety issue. No one to do an incident report. (Leasing is available though, only for leasing.) When I reported to the front desk, security said there’s only one maintenance guy for the whole building so we will wait. Fyi- This is a smoker’s paradise: Patio and hallway reek of weed, cigarette, cigar smoke. There are many large gaps of the flooring we just hide under area rugs. Months ago, I gave up on…
