This is by far the worst building I’ve ever lived in. The location is great, but the management is incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. The only people who treat residents with respect are the manager’s assistant and the night/ morning concierge (the new one, who is much better than the previous one). On top of that, many of the people who live here are just as bad disgustingly careless, and they don’t even know how to properly throw out their garbage. The building is constantly left dirty because of this lack of basic respect. Nothing in this building actually works. The buzzer has…
Going to move out. Living in upper floors and the noise from Eaton center is still unbearable!!! The quality of the building is terrible as well, there is no soundproof between units at all. Always clearly hearing my neighbors laughing and shouting when they play games at 4am :))))))))))
[Sep 23, 2022] Amenities have opened gym, basketball court, study lounge, and outdoor terrace. Some decorations have been put on recently and only 2 units left for construction. Bicycle room is expected to be ready soon. Packages/booking/etc are managed in the condo portal app. Through communications with some residents, I realized many tenants don’t know that landlord should be responsible for repairs which I think it’s unfair to blame property management. 😵💫 I saw technician working on the remaining 2 non-working elevators. That’s a good sign given estimate of completion by Oct. [Oct 19,…
This building is a disaster, and I’m not the only one who thinks so since every neighbor i have spoken to agrees with me. The finishings in the apartments are embarrassingly cheap everything feels so fragile, like it’s going to crumble if you touch it, so overall quality is very bad. Soundproof nope nonexistent you can hear neighbours, leaving zero privacy feels like living in a paper thin box where everyone’s business is your business. Management is the worst I’ve ever dealt unprofessional, rude, and sending emails like they own us, not like we’re paying tenants. The concierge some are rude…

Panda Apartment - Extremely Poor Living Experience, Not Recommended for Stay! During my stay at Panda Apartment, I felt extremely disappointed. Here are the problems I personally experienced and I share them out of the hope that others can avoid repeating the same mistakes: 1. The first-floor lobby experience was extremely poor. • The cold wind blew directly into the lobby in winter, making it like an ice cellar; the so-called rest area was extremely small and ineffective. • The security posts were often vacant and no one answered the phone when contacted, leaving no sense of security. 2. The…
This condo used to be great despite the flooding. The property managers are always actively working on addressing the issues and making sure everyone is up to date with whatever situation arises in the condo and the vicinity. Sad to say that lately, the condo is slowly being occupied with uncivilised residents and pet owners who improperly dispose pet litters and garbage that leave our hallways smelling really musty and foul every single day. They had to hire more cleaners to clean the floors every day (bless their souls) but even with the management's best efforts, the condo is just not the…
Our stay at this venue was incredibly comfortable and its centralized location made it easy to reach Toronto's popular destinations and shopping districts. We are satisfied with the facility and security of the Condo during our stay in third week of June 2024
Attention renters; do not enter notice. The location of the Panda condos is excellent, right in front of Ryerson university campus and very close to Eaton center in downtown Toronto; Yonge street feels busy and vibrant. The units are spacious, the appliances are new, and the layouts range from good to great. Keep an eye out for the amount of storage in each unit, as some have more built-ins than others. This condominium is still under construction. The condo has a problem with the common areas; amenities for residents & visitors remain closed. While common areas were briefly open during the…
