I wish i could give the rubbish and wicked management company a 0 star but i can't! ASTECO company is currently managing Bloom Tower C in JVC Dubai. Where do you want me to start? They took over last year from an already former garbage company called Kingfield so we were hoping as tower residents to see a better service. ONLY TO BE WORSE than the previous management company. JUST LOOK AT THE ATTACHED PICTURES AND VIDEOS: PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PICS AND VIDEOS 1- Entry barrier NEVER working and constantly creating long queues outside, 2- Elevators are off most of the time and currently ONLY 2 are…
We lived in Apartment 1005, Bloom Tower C, JVC for one year. While the building looks fine on the surface, our overall experiencem especially during the move-out process was very disappointing! Throughout the tenancy, communication regarding maintenance and responsibilities was unclear. Our assigned agent, Anam Khan, was responsible for handling our case, yet support and follow-up were inconsistent. Although the apartment was rented including bills, the monthly utility limit was consistently exceeded despite normal usage, which created ongoing confusion and disputes. At the end of our…
Awful soundproofing. I don’t know if all my neighbours are deaf or the wall are thing like paper. I have complain many times and not help at all. It’s been 2 months that I don’t sleep well. I can’t wait for my contract to be ended.
The security guards demonstrated unprofessional behavior, with a poor attitude, and enforced rules without considering their applicability. Additionally, they locked the fire lift door, which raises safety concerns.

Only two working elevators out of four (one had been out of order for nearly 2 years - mgmt have no intention of fixing it). And the working lifts don’t even have valid inspection certificates! It’s nearly May so these are 3 months out of date.
So nice to see all this beautiful comments! Disaster building. Only 2 of 4 elevators working, for almost a year already. Swimming pool was closed for 8 months, then open for 2 months, now it’s closed again 😂 Comedy.. especially when people are paying pricey to live here. During summer we had 2 AC shutdowns for whole day, even longer, and if you are trying to reach anyone, no one is picking up the phone. Even security is embarrassed and sorry. Be smart and live peacefully somewhere else. Cheers ✌️
Please be careful there is a huge budget problem that is preventing any maintenance work. Chiller not working AC is a big problem and lifts are always breaking down due to lack of budget. This is a long term issue and it took me alot of pressure to put on the building mgmt kingfield to finally reveal the reason and i have all of that in official emails. Until today there is no communication on when budget will be approved and maintenance will continue. We have been baked in our apartment due to heat for months now. If you wanna rent here make sure u negotiate much less price. I was also told…
The walls connected to the neighbors are not sound proof. You can have a conversation with your neighbor at normal volume through the walls. If you don’t have a socially responsible neighbor, you will be very unhappy in this building. You will be happier if you have a corner unit. Especially if your bedroom is on the corner side. The developer/owner did a poor job not sound proofing the walls. This has dropped the positive experience of the location. Another annoying point is the swimming pool opening hours. The pool opens at 9 am. For those who wish to receive a less harsh sun in the morning…
