As a current resident, I can honestly say that I’m having an amazing experience living at Hanover Laguna Niguel! From the moment I moved in, everything about this property has exceeded my expectations. The community is beautiful, the amenities are top tier, and the entire property is always incredibly clean. One thing I really appreciate is how fresh and amazing the building smells every time you walk in.. it truly shows the level of care and attention that goes into maintaining the space. The leasing staff all have attitudes, especially the one that has a short bob and glasses. when we came in for a tour, she gave attitude had us run through the apartment complex really fast and also they were spotty with communication and lied about the price of their apartments many times I suggest looking elsewhere probably blu across the street. They approved me instantly.
I’ve lived here long enough to feel comfortable giving an honest review. First, the building itself is beautiful. It’s a newer build and the finishes and aesthetic are great. Maintenance staff are friendly, and Kevin in particular has always been kind and helpful. That said, the responsiveness from management has been consistently disappointing. Many of the glowing reviews online appear to be from people who have only toured the property or lived here a short time. I have lived here for over 4 months so far and absolutely love it here. The amenities are great, the front desk staff are warm and friendly. The apartment is relatively quiet and blocks out most noise. You still get some noise from neighbors but nothing crazy. Kevin from maintenance has been especially helpful and he’s always in great energy. He’s never looking like he hates his job and always is happy to help with whatever problem you have. RJ was amazing, very personable and helpful with sharing all the info needed. He is definitely amazing with tours and probably lights up the office. It’s nice to be the one you interact with upon entering. Definitely looking forward to moving here!
I had the best experience today touring Hanover apartments all due to Kima who with her good energy , knowledge and patience made the chore of apartment hunting a breeze. She was so helpful with her inputs and went the extra mile by helping us with the online application process. She patiently spent 3 hours with us.
FIVE STARS ACROSS THE BOARD!!!! We had our first tour today with the lovely Kima. She is so professional and detail oriented while helping my fiancé and I consider our options. Loved the professionalism, design and layout of the model apartments, super clean and lot of accommodations for residents as far as amenities go! Conveniently located next to Costco, lifetime athletic, and mission Viejo mall with easy access to the freeway. Would highly suggest and recommend to anyone looking to call this their next home! We cannot wait to move in!! 10/10
The staff here is amazing! Super easy with military families as well! Especially Victoria, she goes above and beyond for her residents. Victoria and the rest of the staff here really make it a great place to live. Alongside the staff, we really enjoyed the amenities it was always nice to have people over to enjoy a movie or swim in the pool. As well as a huge window in the living room so lots of natural light. Also super close to restaurants, Costco, a hospital, and very freeway friendly so made the commute to work nice. We moved to Minnesota, but would move back here in a heartbeat. Our cute…
