Buying my apartment at Good Luck Hope was a fantastic experience. The development itself is beautiful—modern, well-designed, and perfectly located by the river. But what really made the process exceptional was the support I received from the sales manager, Jack. Jack was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, going above and beyond to make sure I found the right place. I don’t usually write reviews, however I felt it was essential I did for Ballymore and my experience with Jack. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, he were professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. We had a fantastic experience with Jack at Goodluck Hope. He was incredibly patient and professional throughout our house viewing process. Despite our busy schedule, Jack accommodated us on a Sunday, the only day we were available, and did so with warmth and enthusiasm. He provided us with all the information we needed, including a detailed induction brochure and booklet after the viewing, most importantly, he organised a sheet with specific flats my partner and I were interested in, with precise information, which is extremely helpful. Very poor experience, as already mentioned by others. The facilities are almost always out of use (sauna was faulty for over 10 months, pool randomly closed, car park gates stuck open etc.) and some of the staff are unprofessional
This place is not safe. Multiple Bike thefts happened from inside our private garage and private bike storage under private security that has failed at multiple times. Also Very poor level of maintenance service. Sauna has been broken for a full year and now the main pool is closed without any clear date to open again. Service charge is super high, specially when you don’t have a basic services you are paying for. Also, there are constant issues with hot water.
It's a new tall private residential building in London city Island, Canning Town, London.
Poor management. No sauna for 4 months and still out of service. Jacuzzi intermittent issues. No hot water fourth time in a week. Staffs treated poorly. Justin and management have managed the development poorly. This place is great for those that care about looks and not functionality. Please consider before moving in.
