Best building in Batumi
They do not allow guests in the lobby. And management do not speak English. Got kicked out of the lobby when we were waiting for the estate agent.
Amazing luxury apartment at Alliance Privilege, honestly better than a hotel. You get a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine, which makes it perfect for both short and longer stays, while still enjoying true 5-star quality, comparable to a Marriott-level hotel. I stayed on the 35th floor, perfect height, not too high and not too low, with incredible views. Everything feels very luxurious and extremely well taken care of. Alliance Privilege Batumi 1. Location The building is right next to Batumi Boulevard and just a few steps from the beach. You can walk to restaurants, shops, and attractions like the Dolphinarium and Ali & Nino monument. Very central and easy to find. 2. Building It’s a tall, modern skyscraper with over 50 floors. The design is stylish and new. Some parts are still under development, so there might be construction noise or unfinished areas. 3.
