This is such a good spot to get drinks. They deliver from a window outlet. I ordered a cold Premium Matcha Latte a few times, it is delicious and refreshing while taking a walk. The service ladies are also nice and pleasant. Fully recommend this place.

Came after dinner to try this coffee for the first time. Registered with phone number but did not get the 2 coupons for $3.90, asked the staff but she did not know why. Anyhow did the lucky draw and got the 4.90 coupon and ordered the hot red date Crema latte. After a short while, she informed there she is closing the store soon hence no hot drink available, only iced. Think that is rather lazy of her and because of her laziness she wasted our time to place order when she first started to inform only coffee is available? I visited on 6 Nov 2025, around 12:56 pm and ordered a Pampas Blue Coconut Latte and a Matcha Coconut Latte for me and my friend. The drinks were okay, but the service was disappointing. The staff member who served me seemed quite rude. Before ordering, I asked if they had the Stardust Crema Coti, and she said no. Then I asked if they had pearls, and again, the answer was no. Finally, I asked about the mango drink on the poster, which was showing, and she impatiently replied, "We stopped selling that a long time ago." My friend was shocked too, as if I was supposed to have received a memo…
I absolutely love Cotti Coffee! Their Coconut Latte is my go-to — smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced. The Toffee Hazelnut Latte is another favorite, such a delicious treat with the right amount of sweetness and nutty flavor. The staff are always friendly, and the vibe is warm and welcoming. Definitely one of the best spots for coffee lovers! Highly recommend
Coffee from a window outlet. I specifically requested Cappuccino half a raw sugar and no more and instead the girl poured syrup in it. Don’t they understand the difference between syrup and sugar ???? The coffee had a strange odour as well perhaps due to the syrup but who knows and as a result the whole coffee went in the bin. The girl on the counter though served with a smile. Evidence that the whole coffee belonged and went into the bin is attached as a video to this review. The whole area is full of junkies and I don’t understand why Parramatta council doesn’t remove these eyesores…
Order Matcha Latte. Was a nice refreshing drink for $5.90. The $3.90 promotion is confusing. I believe you have to order online for that promo?There's 4 QR codes next to each other. Am not bothered to order online. Too troublesome.
