  • Everyday here is a struggle. No backup in terms of maintenance at all. Expect zero help on ground. Premises are always dusty, damp and stinky. Fire alarm keeps on ringing frequently. Service lifts are always out of order. Suction vents of building never works and your house is always filled with stale air. You may anytime get a surprise of sudden tripping of power or heater failure. Calling helpdesk becomes a full time job after you are back home from your real job. Be ready for a restless life if you are planning a move here.
  • Good community and good view but the parking a little complicated
