Just closed on my property 2 months ago. The project was delayed by about 8months (I don’t understand some of the reviews here who says it was delayed by 3 years???) I absolutely love this development. Best amenities in Palm beach county. Absolutely love the gym, golf simulator, access to public marina but most importantly the view from my balcony!

Not in the habit of leaving bad reviews but felt like this was needed

The Developer continued throughout this period to reference the approaching "TCO", (temporary certificate of occuoancy) which was on the near term horizon and would allow closings to begin. When we contacted…
The future is here. Game changer for Lake Park.
I visited my friends apartment who is ready to move in early of 2025 and i get impressed for the quality of construction. Especially walk in closet, tiles of bathroom and the European kitchen cabinetry. The sea view it’s incredible.
