I had a tour with Ursula yesterday. Not only is the property beautiful and the amenities plentiful. The tour was actually quite fun. Ursula was very friendly, took her time and answered every question. I’ve had some really negative experiences with tours in Las Vegas. Many leasing agents acting as if I were bothering them in some way. Ursula on the other hand was like an old friend. She really loves what she does and it shows throughout the tour.
I love love Ursula Tovar. She's super helpful when I have questions. She's always thoughtful and bright and happy. She goes above and beyond in all that she does! She's also down to earth! I would highly recommend her for a tours, events , balloons , and also her floral arrangements is so on point it gives Waldorf Astoria vibes! It's definitely a 5 Star Forbes atmosphere when she's here!
My husband and I scheduled a property tour and were greeted by Ursula. She gave us a tour of all of the amenities, community spaces and various floor plans to help us gauge what unit type would suit us best. She answered all of our questions and knows this building and community inside out. She was professional, kind and energetic throughout the tour. The leasing consultants and concierge are always so nice. Ursula Tovar always very knowledgeable and helpful, and her floral arrangements really beautify the office and resident lounge.
What a night to remember! Great food, and drinks. Atmosphere was amazing, the staff here did a great job! What caught my attention for me, was the balloons! Ursula did an amazing job!
I want to give a shout out to Juana! She is incredibly friendly and helpful and truly made my experience here even better. The resident events have been a huge plus, in addition to the awesome amenities, and give an opportunity to get to know your neighbor. I've really enjoyed my time here, and if you’re reading this, I think you might too!
This is a hidden gem, never knew this place existed! Walked in the building and was greeted by Ursula. She was very nice and friendly, so polite and asked if we wanted some coffee or beverages!
