I scheduled a tour at AMLI Atlantic Station and Olivia Shaw was my tour guide/leasing agent. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and very professional. She did an excellent job at making me aware of all the perks and benefits of living at AMLI AS and why I should choose quality living at this location over any other location. I had the pleasure of touring these apartments with Olivia, and she was absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend her to anyone. She made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in — it didn’t feel like just a tour, it felt like I already lived there. After exploring all of my options, I decided to move forward and make these apartments my new home. The hospitality was outstanding. Thank you for such a wonderful experience — I can’t wait to move in!
Living at AMLI Atlantic Station has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. The apartment itself is modern, spacious, and gets amazing natural light, but the real standout is the view. Whether it’s sunrise with the city waking up or the skyline lit up at night, it honestly never gets old. Sitting on the balcony and looking out over the city is easily my favorite part of living here — it feels like having a luxury high-rise view without being stuck in the middle of downtown traffic.
I love living at AMLI Atlantic station. Since the moment i toured with my leasing rep Janice everything has been great. They host events every so often and most recently they have a new marketing associate Olivia she is very sweet and looking for ways to make the community better. Today they had a tea and wellness reset and I won a candle making raffle. I encourage you tour the community. I’m sure that you will end up moving in.

I moved from AMLI Arts Center to AMLI Atlantic Station and for the first few weeks I was genuinely happy — the location is more convenient, and my current apartment is a much better setup for my brother and me (I came from a penthouse at Arts Center). I also felt safer having my Corvette parked here. But as time went on, it’s been hard to rest or relax. My upstairs neighbor plays extremely loud music at completely random times — it can be 5 AM, midnight, or anytime — and it doesn’t just “play,” it’s loud enough to vibrate the ceiling throughout my entire apartment. Jada was incredibly patient during the selection process, addressing every concern and helping me feel 100% confident in my choice. I’ve enjoyed my experience living here thus far. The location cannot be beat. It’s a brand new building so it’s not without its quirks, but management and maintenance are very responsive and resolve issues very quickly. If you are looking for a place to live in West Midtown/Midtown, AMLI Atlantic Station should be your first and last stop. The entire leasing staff was awesome. I specifically worked with Janice and she did a great job showing me the property. I’m so happy I chose to live here. It’s beautiful and quiet with a great view!
