I have been living in this Wonderful property for more than a year, and I have nothing but praise and gratitude for the community and the service provided by both the office staff and the maintenance team. Everything here is very clean, and I have never had any issues with my apartment . Aston Park offers luxury, comfort,excellent service, and above all,safety to all its residents.
I can't stand so many cockroaches in my apartment anymore. I've sent emails twice, and using poison didn't solve the problem. I had to throw my electric pressure cooker away because there were so many cockroaches in the electrical parts. When the cooker heated up, the stench of burnt cockroaches filled the kitchen. Now they're getting inside the coffee maker, and I have no solution to the problem. I pay the rent every month without fail. I'm almost moving because I can't stand the filth anymore! We had such a great experience moving into Aston Park, and I especially want to thank Cloti for all her help throughout the entire process. She was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding with our situation. My dad works during the week in Tampa, and our schedule is very busy, so it was hard for us to come during normal office hours. Even when the office was almost closing, Cloti still took the time to help us and even coordinated with another leasing agent so we could see the home we had already applied for. How do you start a review about a place that has become your saving grace, your sanctuary, and your peace? Honestly, I don’t know. All I can say is living in Aston Park Luxury Apartments has been a dream! I never want to wake up, and I never want to leave. My little family of three moved in 8 months ago, and from the moment I first walked in, just to take a peek, I knew that I had found my forever home. The staff at Aston Park is amazing! They’re always professional, friendly, and very attentive. I recently had an issue with my water heater, and they got it fixed in no time. It’s great to live somewhere where the management team truly cares and takes action quickly. Highly recommend!
All the staff that I encountered at Aston Park Luxury Apartments are nice but Catherine really goes above and beyond to assistand get youbthe help you need. She is a great asset to this company and I hope her Boss knows that. Catherine you are the best!
I’ve been really happy living at Aston Park. The apartments are modern, spacious, and have nice finishes like stainless steel appliances and walk-in closets. The amenities feel resort-style, the pool, clubhouse, sauna, golf simulator, make it feel like more than just an apartment community. The staff here are wonderful, and I have to give a special shout-out to Catherine in the office. Update!!! We’ve been here for 9 months and just renewed our lease for another 14 months! We’ve had little to no complaints. What small complaints we did have were rectified immediately. Move-in day back in December of 24’ was actually much easier than expected. We chose a 3rd floor apartment and were not looking forward to moving heavy furniture up 2 flights of stairs but to our relief, the elevator was big enough to fit a huge king size headboard and matching mattress, our 3 seater sofa and pretty much everything!
