I had grown up in a small hamlet just a stones throw from Lake Chippymacrisco but also close enough to the metropolis in order to frequent the Applebees with the wife when needed. This place had the surf and turf feel of down home with the peccadillos of high falutin’ living. Definitely the best of the places we looked at and hope to be living in once the settlement checks start coming in
**EDIT** I spoke with the property manager, and she was able to answer all my questions. She listened to me and gave me adequate instruction on the dispute process. Again, I am not one to normally leave negative reviews, so I will update this from my prior negative review.
I have lived here since the beginning of the year and absolutely love my apartment. The whole experience has been incredible. Anything that has popped up, the office & maintenance has taken care of immediately! Arissa has truly gone above and beyond for us in the past. And just recently, I had a leak from my washing machine. I called the office and Chris was super swift with it. Maintenance was here within 2 minutes and saving the day. He even helped me clean up all the mess and relieve all stressors. The manager also came over to check on the situation and offer her help. Their support is…
I've been living in this apartment for a month and I love it! The place is comfortable, modern and very cozy. From the first day I have felt at home. In addition, the service has been excellent: the office staff always attentive, quick to solve any questions or needs, and with a very friendly treatment. I really love this place and I would recommend it without hesitation. Public areas such as swimming pools and extremely clean green areas

I have had the most incredible experience with working with Christian and Arissa! They have both been incredible and so hands on with every step of the process.... from the time I walked in the office for the first time all the way through to when I was approved for an apartment here! I live at the Evergrove and the property had a flower bar today for residents to make a bouquet to take home. After I got mine back home in a vase, I took my dog for a walk. I happened to notice people walking into the office to make one too but what caught my attention was the smiles on their faces when they left. Flowers make people so happy! It is such a good feeling when you see other people happy. We have events quite frequently and I really do love living here. I love my apartment too.
