Amazing location on Dubai Canal Nice for a walk or cycle
To be honest, the only reason it’s getting a 1 star is the location. Unfortunately there’s a huge issue with these canal front residences. The lifts are probably the most unsafe I’ve ever been in. The maintenance team is not only hard to book, but never fix the job even after doing the same request over 4 times. And the worst of it all, is the sewage smell that goes across the halls and into the bedrooms at random hours throughout the week. It is so embarrassing when you have guests over, and so unpleasant when you’re paying such an overpriced rate for sewage water ambience. Please stay away…
I’ve lived in building 8 for 4 months now. It started off a bit rocky when my upstairs neighbor decided to go a full renovation on their condo. Construction NONE STOP. it’s still going on but drilling happens rarely now and if it does i call the police and report them and it stops immediately. They. An only do construction from 10-5. There’s construction across the canal but shockingly i never hear it it’s never been a sound issue with them now the lights are a different issue on often but i have black out curtains so easily fixed. Impossible to sleep. Construction sites actives 24/7 around. Property Management also need to improve. Building dirty and glass never clean. Absolutely not worth the price.
Today's viewing was so amazing and welcoming, the design of the belcon and especially the pool & gym of the canal front residence was so amazing and the customer services I received from there were so unbelievable from the Reception at CF 7A( Mr. Mustapha ), he was so amazing towards me, however the Reception at CF 7A was so professional and unique and I really enjoyed the conversation. The canal front residence is a beautiful environment . Due to the design and customs services I received today it's a good place to live.
