WOW!! Our first experience at Grove Central Residences couldn't have been better, mainly due to our incredible agent, Emille. It is always easier to sell a great product, but Emille took her time educating us not only not only on the building, but also the amenities, surrounding areas in addition to really listening to our questions an concerns. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable with the information she provided. Jane and Jocelyne from management have been great at assisting me with problems that I have. My experience has been good because of them. The building is nice, and maintenance requests are quickly taken care of.
Living at Grove Central has been an amazing experience! The building is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and the location is truly unbeatable. Being steps away from the Metrorail makes getting around Miami effortless, and having Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Brickell, and downtown all within easy reach adds so much convenience. The community feels calm, respectful, and well-maintained, which I really value. The amenities are always clean and functional, and the overall atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between peaceful and connected. I especially appreciate how walkable the area is…

I want to express my appreciation for the concierge Omar Hernandez. He is always polite, attentive, and ready to help with anything residents might need. His professionalism and friendly attitude make the atmosphere in the building much more pleasant and welcoming. It’s a pleasure to have someone so dedicated and responsible working here.

Moving into Grove Central could’ve easily been a stressful experience, but Omar Hernandez from 5th Ave Concierge made the entire process unbelievably smooth. He took care of everything — from arranging the reserved elevator to coordinating with the moving team — and kept everything running right on schedule. Absolutely love living in Grove Central Residences. It's not just an apartment complex, it's the kind of home you don't want to leave. 🏡🌴The amenities, the location, and the convenience of having everything available at your door step is priceless.
