Omar is very wrong this buliding is a very good one with big pool and big gym and security is very kind and nice
Acceptable overall, but not very good. The gym is very small and doesn’t feel comfortable – security guards are always coming in and out. The swimming pool is also very small. Parking outside the building is difficult, and renting an indoor parking space is very expensive.
Nice building with gym and pool, good security and maintenance, lot of paid parkings around it, have viva supermarket umder it which is very convenient. Easy access to both Al khan and Al Taawon, walking distance to NESTO hypermarket.
very good project only there is noise coming from outside at night I hope they will solve this problem.

Became poor tower, very noisy, this tower has an issue with noise isolation between apartments, many people were complaining and management is aware but they can not help, that’s why they offer extra months and still people leaves and moves out, no one can stay for long, and in this way Al Thuria office collects extra money from commissions and deposits, Add that 4 slow lifts are not enough, and you will lose your deposit whatever the condition of your flat. My advice is run away.
Very spacious rooms, new building, free Big gym for residents and a long pool with seperate timing for ladies and gents, 24 hour professional security, own professional cleaning team, free parking within the building for residents based own the apartment size they rent.
Awesome place to stay in sharjah with surveillance cameras and trained securities..the building has a gym and a swimming pool too...
