I bought a vape here and was told their return policy is only valid within 24 hours. If it stops working at the 25th hour, the customer loses their money. The customer takes all the risk. On top of that, the staff had a dismissive and unprofessional attitude when I brought this up. When I asked if that meant the customer always bears the risk, the employee said “Yes, that’s correct” and offered no solution or attempt to resolve the issue. I would strongly recommend staying away.

I built up 675 points in store ober the last 2 months. I had a bunch of coupons after spending hundreds on a glass water pipe and several vapes. Then they go an update their loyalty program. My 675 points turn into only 6.75 cents off a vape. I will never be going back here. I only went here because they had this loyalty program. Their vapes are overpriced and thats a fact. Look at corner stores and theyll have the same product with the same amount of vape "hits" for about 7 to 8 bucks less then Vape city. Dont go here unless you wanna waste money in this already downward spiraling economy.

This review is long overdue!!! Why? Because they’ve shown me they are CONSISTENTLY AMAZING. The customer service here reminds me of 1990–2010 service—when people actually cared. And guess what else? They don’t care about the color of my skin… unlike a lot of places in Austin. Tonight Simon helped me, and he was so patient. I know I’m a lot—that’s why I’m here 🤦🏾‍♀️😒😂. BUYERS BEWARE!!! Please make sure you double check that they are ringing up what you asked for. I asked for a specific item and the guy at the register accidentally grabbed a similar item. After paying for the item, he gave me the item. I immediately noticed that it was not the item that I wanted I let the cashier know and he apologized. He stated that he was going to ask his manager (Jordan) if he can do an exchange, the manager was not on-site but be gave the manager a call in the room behind the counter. Man these guys are so help. Im a picky flower guy and they take their time to help me find a good fit for me. They look everything up so I don't have to and the prices are incredible especially for the pieces they have.

Open 24 hrs and the consistent service and quality at most of these stores. Staff is usually helpful and friendly with great recommendations. A lot of options that can seem overwhelming but ask for help and enjoy the options. Well lit, clean and maintained locations.
