We are deeply disappointed with the leasing office at The Willows at Ventura and the management company, GHP Management. When we applied we were expressly promised two tandem garage spaces, a critical factor in our decision to rent. For two weeks, we repeatedly tried contacting Valerie in the leasing office via phone and email to confirm the arrangement—no one replied. I even spoke to Carlos, who stated that he would not help us because we were not HIS client. Only after our application was fully processed did they inform us the garage spaces are no longer available. After 14 days since…
I like this place other than the noise from cars this place is very quiet. What I like the most is the manager Erika she is very attentive to the residents needs and property. She is doing a great job at taking care of this community since it has a new owner. She is very friendly and helpful. Solar panels help lower the light bill cost.
A Fantastic Experience So Far! Moving from out of state, finding the right apartment felt overwhelming—but from the moment I inquired about this community, the experience has been nothing but amazing! The leasing team was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and making the process smooth and stress-free. I recently inquired about moving to this community from out of state, and the experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The team was incredibly helpful and informative, making the process smooth and stress-free. I’m truly excited about becoming part of this community and can’t wait to see everything come together as construction progresses!

Solar Panels Aren’t Turned On or Working and Management is a Joke! The manager and leasing agent have zero answers and really are poor at communication with the residents. They only allow Frontier Internet and didn’t inform me until I was on the phone with Spectrum for over 2 hours realizing I cannot get them transferred from my old house. I didn’t have internet from July 22-August 1st so I had to delay my move in date because I work from home and NEED internet. They wouldn’t even give me a break on the July 22-Aug 1 rent even though internet was not available till then. I had to inform them…
I had an outstanding experience because of the outstanding staff members Lorena and Joann. I had not applied for an apartment in over 11 years, they walked me through the process explaining each step and also solving problems I was having. Thank your outstanding staff members Lorena and Joann for outstanding work.
The Willow townhomes are beautiful! After taking a tour I applied immediately!! The office staff is very friendly and helpful, great customer service. They are a bit pricy, but you get what you pay for. Can’t wait to move in!
I am very interested in a 2bed an 2 5 bath. I was applying online and, all of sudden, the system crashed and I couldn't finish my application. I am calling since yesterday to the 3 phone numbers available and nobody gets the call or call me back. I have never seen a disrespect like this. Very poor customer service !!
