Love my apt at Starling. Walkable to everything in Germantown. I can watch Sounds games from my balcony! Great neighbors an maintenance keeps on top of things.

I’ve had a great experience living at The Starling. The building is beautiful, the amenities are always clean, and the location is unbeatable. I love having the coffee shop right in the lobby, and being able to walk to the Farmers’ Market or over to Germantown has been such a fun part of living here. The team here really does make a difference. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful, and Jason and Enrique have gone out of their way to be responsive and supportive anytime I’ve reached out. It honestly made the whole experience feel less scary and way more exciting. The move-in process was simple and stress-free, which we really appreciated. I think the photos speak for themselves. Lived here between a week to a month when these were taken. (First resident of this space) The Starling Germantown is a disaster. Terrible construction and sloppy millwork everywhere you look. Nothing feels solid or well done. To make it worse, no one cleaned up after the job — dust, scraps, and trash left behind like no one cared. I even found a Gatorade bottle when they had to replace our fridge in less than a year. The building also has a gnat problem that makes living here miserable. For the price, this place is a complete joke. Plus, if you want…
Enrique is simply the best! He is kind and professional, and honestly one of the best community management team members I’ve ever known. He made move in so easy and has continued to be amazing during my time living here. The location is amazing! Germantown is very walkable, and it’s convenient being so close to Downtown. You can easily walk to the Tennessee Performing Arts Center for a show or even pop next door for a concert at Brooklyn Bowl. Compared to where I have lived in times past, this place is Heaven. Pay no attention to the entitled crybabies complaining about living here in Downtown/Germantown Nashville, TN. These people are clueless to how good they actually have it living here at Starling.
